Pros
It is great to help our customers, as easy to connect and watch live what they are doing. Also, helping them, without affecting their job, working in the background.
The platform has been nothing short of fantastic. The team behind the product are passionate, responsive and growth minded.
I am very happy and the community support is excellent, great value for money.
Cons
Correcting Errors on Paid Invoices with Online Credit Card or ACH Payments is Impossible Without Removing the Payment. With Serialized Products Attached it's a REAL Pain.
The interface is a little outdated and confusing.
Scripts don't always work. Some devices show offline even though they are online.

Great for me!

As a one-man shop, Syncro's automations save me a lot of time.

Pros

This PSA/RMM scales with your business. I am a one-man shop currently and I can have unlimited assets and customers in Syncro. You are licensed per user, not per device. The invoicing module is powerful.

Cons

I feel like the UI could be improved. There are some things you can't do in the mobile app. You can only have two sales tax lines.

A sensiable MSP software

Pros

As close to paying as you go in the MSP space. Getting better all the time, and seems to be more focused on that than subs.

Cons

A little janky in the UI, and too much of "we will let the community work it out for us" as to some features. I still haven't been able to get scripting working for me.

Again, happy to have all in one box. However does not use the PSA/billing as it would not work in the EU

Pros

I like i have all in one box, its for good value that you can just deploy one agent. Then you have remote and monitoring.

Cons

Your support is too slow to react, when something major take place. Look at the splashtop issue.I can understand it fixed now, but the fix is not rolled out asap to all client - disaster.

Great product at a good price

Experience is very good. Syncro is very logical and is not just made to be understood by techs.

Pros

Ease of use and logical navigation between modules.

Cons

Not being able to put in reoccurring appointments on the calendar without having to manually put the date in over and over again for an entire time span.

Service Management with Remote Ease

Ease of management to help users and allow remote access to deploy software patches and keep hardware up to date and working.

Pros

Love that the software allows up to remote into user on our company hardware as long as they have Internet. Ease of use to see reports based on what we are looking to monitor. Easy to use Dashboard for hardware checks.

Cons

All features that we have or are offered are used. Nothing to dislike at this time.
