Ticinet overview

What is Ticinet?

Ticinet is a B2B dealer ordering platform for wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers that already operate an ERP. The portal does not hold its own copy of your commercial data — stock, prices, discounts, account balances and credit limits are read from the ERP, and confirmed orders are written back to it as sales documents.

ARCHITECTURE

Every tenant runs on a separate database. Isolation is complete: one customer's load cannot affect another, and data residency questions have a single clear answer. Provisioning is automated — a new tenant is created through a monitored pipeline in minutes, and a demo environment can be spun up with sample data and later converted to a live account with its data intact.

The platform exposes 107 API capability groups behind roughly 175 user-facing screens, plus 12 scheduled background jobs (ERP synchronisation, central bank FX rates at 15:45 daily, campaign recompilation, log retention, mail queue, POS commission refresh, subscription expiry, workflow scheduler, abandoned-cart reminders, field-visit reminders, warranty expiry alerts, consent-registry retries).

Customers publish under their own domain with automatic SSL issuance. White labelling covers the storefront theme, panel branding and the mobile app name, icon and colour scheme; mobile appearance is managed from the panel and content updates arrive over the air without an app store release.

INTEGRATIONS

Thirteen ERP and accounting systems: Logo, Mikro, Netsis, DIA, Harmony, Akinsoft, Nebim, ETA, SAP, Vega, Canias, Workcube and Zirve. Cloud ERPs connect over their own web services. On-premise systems use an outbound agent installed on the customer server, so no inbound firewall ports are required. For SAP, integration uses supported standard methods — IDoc, BAPI/RFC or OData — rather than direct database access, with the sales organisation, distribution channel and order type defined up front.

Field mapping is performed from the panel against live schema discovery, and coverage is not limited to a fixed table list: custom fields, sub-queries and custom tables can be included. Synchronisation timing and full transfer logs are visible in the admin panel.

Payments cover 40+ bank and provider virtual POS options with 3D Secure, void and refund, plus BIN-based routing and automatic commission-rate updates. Five shipping carriers are integrated for label creation, tracking numbers, status polling and cancellation. Additional integrations include daily central bank FX rates, Firebase push, provider-agnostic SMS gateways, outbound webhooks and dealer-specific product feeds in Google Merchant format.

SECURITY AND GOVERNANCE

Authentication uses JWT with refresh tokens and optional SMS-based two-factor authentication. Access can be restricted by IP address and by approved device, and the desktop client can be pinned to a registered machine. Permissions are role-based and dynamic, enforced down to individual screens, actions and form fields, with impersonation available to support staff as an audited action.

Auditability is built in: end-user activity logs separated by web and mobile, an administrator action trail, ERP synchronisation logs, campaign usage records and payment-link event logs. Log retention periods are configurable with automatic cleanup. Data export and account deletion are supported for data-protection compliance, and commercial messaging is filtered through Turkey's official consent registry before any marketing send.
