What is TourOps – All-in-One Software für Gruppenreisen?

TourOps is all-in-one software for tour operators who sell group travel – from the first inquiry to the invoice, in one system instead of spreadsheets and separate tools.

In the back office you manage trips and departures, control allotments for rooms, flights and buses, and see occupancy in real time. Bookings, reservations, participant and rooming lists, vouchers and travel documents all live in one place. Accounting creates invoices, matches payments, sends reminders and exports to DATEV, including German margin scheme (§ 25 UStG) reporting.

A branded booking shop on your own domain is included, with three designs. Customers book online and pay by card, direct debit or bank transfer – every booking lands directly in the back office.

For scheduled group tours and closed groups alike. Hosted in Germany, GDPR-compliant. From €99 per month, free 7-day trial. Interface in German.
