What is Unbreakable OS?
Unbreakable OS keeps your whole company working toward the same few goals, without the owner in every decision.
You set up to five big goals, each with a number, a deadline and one owner. Anyone in the company can pitch an idea, and every pitch has to support a big goal. AI reviews each pitch before it reaches leaders, so weak ideas come back with a question or two and strong ones arrive ready to decide. Leaders approve or reject pitches in one decision meeting a month, and approved pitches become that month's priorities.
Every priority owner posts a short written update each week: on course or deviating, then what got done, what's in the way and what's next. Leaders can follow the whole month without a status meeting. At month end every priority closes as executed or failed, with a required note on the results, and your execution rate keeps score.
It runs on a monthly cycle, so a company gets twelve chances a year to adjust instead of four. Teams coming from EOS® keep the parts that work (clear goals, one owner, real accountability) and replace the quarterly Rocks and weekly meeting with monthly priorities and written updates.
