vCreative is broadcast workflow software for radio, TV, and digital media operations teams. It runs the operational work between selling an ad spot and putting it on air: production orders, spot approvals, traffic handoffs, promotions, and contests. More than 9,000 stations run on vCreative products.

It is a different category from a traffic system, which schedules and bills the log, and from an automation system, which plays the audio. vCreative covers the layer in between, where people request, produce, review, and approve the creative that those systems then schedule and air. In most stations that layer still runs on email and spreadsheets, and that is where spots go missing.

The platform includes: vPPO, a paperless production order system that carries a spot from the first request through to clearing for air, with defined stages, named owners, a comment thread on each order, an audit trail, and a company-wide voice talent pool. vProMedia, centralized collaboration for multi-platform and TV production, connecting sales, creative, and traffic in a single order flow. vPromotions, for running contests, prizes, liners, events, and promotion request forms across one station or many markets, including prize inventory and fulfillment tracking. vTrade, a virtual trade closet for managing trade agreements and inventory. vEP, for coordinating campaigns across multiple stations and markets. Because these share one platform, traffic, production, and promotions read the same live status instead of trading updates between separate tools.

vCreative scales from a single cluster run by one promotions director with an assistant to corporate groups scheduling promotions across hundreds of stations at once. The common factor is coordination load, not headcount.
