Vezpa overview

What is Vezpa?

Vezpa replaces the patchwork of tools that small accommodation businesses usually rely on with one app that covers the whole stay, from the first booking to check-out.

Reservations and calendar: manage one or many properties on a single timeline, with rooms, apartments, guests and payments in the same place. iCal import and export is included.

Channel manager: rates, availability and restrictions stay synchronised with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and the other major OTAs, and new bookings appear in the calendar automatically. There is no commission on OTA bookings.

Direct bookings: the built-in booking engine adds online reservations to your own website, with secure payments through Stripe. At the front desk, Stripe Terminal and Tap to Pay take card payments.

Revenue management: dynamic pricing rules adjust room rates automatically.

Compliance: guest registration with the authorities is automatic in Italy (Alloggiati Web, ISTAT) and the Czech Republic (UbyPort), and tourist tax is calculated per guest and per night.

Guest experience: online check-in, guest profiles, messages and a wellness module for booking spa treatments and products charged to the stay.

Vezpa runs natively on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS and is available in 21 languages. Plans start at €39/month, VAT included, with no setup fee and a 14-day free trial.
