VoiceOI is a cloud-hosted, no-code platform for outbound phone calls made by AI voice bots. It is built for BPOs, outbound call centers and sales teams that run fronter-to-closer campaigns: the bot makes the first contact, qualifies the lead and hands interested callers to a human closer.

Two kinds of bots are available. Recorded-voice fronters follow a branching script of voice lines you record. AI agents hold a conversation inside the limits you set. You build both in a visual script builder and test every script in the simulator before it calls a real lead.

Bots log in to VICIdial as remote agents. They are provisioned in bulk, and outcomes are written back as dispositions. Teams without VICIdial can use the built-in dialer for bot campaigns, with lead lists, carriers, pacing, state, area-code and ZIP filters and a real-time view. Bots dial through any SIP carrier, including Twilio and Telnyx SIP trunks, and work with Asterisk and FreePBX setups.

On each call, bots detect answering machines and end those calls, handle spoken do-not-call requests with editable phrase lists, and can play an optional AI-voice disclosure. Qualified callers are live-transferred to your closers with AI-written call notes. Every bot can export call data to Google Sheets. The dashboard keeps call recordings, transcripts and dispositions, and multi-tenant organizations keep each client's campaigns separate.

Billing is prepaid per bot, where one bot is one concurrent call, with no per-minute AI fee; your carrier bills the minutes. List prices per bot per month: recorded-voice fronters from $30, the AI fronter $70 and AI lead gen $150, with lower prices at higher volumes. A two-day free trial starts when the VoiceOI team approves the account.

VoiceOI is outbound only, and conversations are English-first.
