Voxtrics is a feedback survey tool for websites and email. It installs with a script snippet, an npm package (React) or a WordPress plugin.

Six survey formats:

- Inline form inside a page

- Popup opened by a feedback button

- Popup that opens on its own

- Chat-style survey in a corner card, one question at a time

- Hosted survey page at its own link, no website needed

- Email survey that starts in the email body (sending from Growth)

When a survey appears:

Inline, popup and chat surveys can wait for a time delay, a click on a chosen element, a returning visitor, exit intent on desktop, a scroll to the bottom of the page, or a specific cookie. A random sample of about 1 in N page views is also possible. With several on, all must be met.

Building surveys:

Use one of 30+ templates or start from scratch with 20+ question types: 0-10 opinion scale, star or heart ratings, choice and dropdown, slider, text, date range, consent, matrix tables, rank order, constant sum, signature and more. Add a welcome screen, several steps with a Back button, or one question per screen. Question and thank-you text can depend on an earlier score.

Languages:

Surveys and the admin app come in English, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Japanese, Russian and Ukrainian. One survey can hold all eight, with an optional switcher for visitors.

Working with responses:

Responses get a status (New, In progress, Resolved), an assignee, stars and internal comments, with every change logged. Filter by survey, page, score, date or device, export to Excel on any plan, and watch the satisfaction trend on the dashboard. On Scale and above, embedded-survey responses include a page snapshot, and inline and popup surveys let visitors point at the element they mean.

Alerts and integrations:

Rule-based alerts reach Slack, Telegram or email on every paid plan and in the 30-day trial, for example after 3+ ratings of 2 or lower in an hour. Scale adds a REST API with scoped keys and OpenID Connect single sign-on. Business adds Jira Cloud issues from responses. Salesforce and Linear are coming.

Privacy and hosting:

Responses and page snapshots are kept on Voxtrics' own servers in Finland. GDPR-compliant, with a Data Processing Agreement. The widget sets no cookies; it uses a single random visitor ID in local storage to recognize repeat visitors.

Plans:

Free is €0. Growth is €15/month billed yearly or €20 paid monthly. Scale is €37 yearly or €48 monthly, Business €70 yearly or €91 monthly, and Enterprise is priced individually. Included responses per month: 300 Free, 1,500 Growth, 2,500 Scale, 4,000 Business. New accounts start with a 30-day Business trial, no card required.
