FLEET-WIDE ROUTE OPTIMISATION

Assign all pending jobs across your fleet in seconds using advanced VRP (Vehicle Routing Problem) algorithms. The optimiser considers time windows, vehicle capacity, driver schedules, and existing commitments. Preview proposed assignments, review unassigned job reasons, and apply with confidence. Falls back to distance-based scoring when the routing API is unavailable.

RECURRING SCHEDULING

Create job templates with six recurrence patterns: daily, weekly, specific days, biweekly, monthly by date, and monthly by day. Schedules auto-expand up to 14 days ahead with preferred driver and vehicle assignments. Conflict detection prevents double-booking.

PASSENGER MANAGEMENT

Structured passenger profiles store accessibility needs, mobility aids, medical conditions, vulnerability flags, and communication preferences.
