Welcome RDV is a French marketplace where clients book beauty and wellness professionals who come to their home, and the app those professionals use to run their business.

For clients: find a pro nearby, compare services and prices shown before booking, and book online 24/7, with SMS and email reminders.

For pros (hairdressers, estheticians, nail technicians, massage therapists, makeup artists, barbers): salon software does not handle travel. Welcome RDV is built the other way around. The calendar factors in travel time between appointments, so online booking only offers slots that are actually feasible. Appointments are grouped by area, with service zones, radiuses, dedicated days and a minimum order amount. Travel fees are configurable and billable.

Also included: deposits and online payment (Stripe), automatic SMS and email reminders, client records, and automated invoicing and bookkeeping compliant with French anti-fraud VAT rules and the 2026-2027 e-invoicing schedule, including for micro-entrepreneurs. Each pro gets a public page indexed by Google (services, prices, areas served), linked to the Welcome directory, and a booking link to share on Instagram or TikTok.
