What is Wiiz Eat?
Wiiz Eat is an online ordering system for restaurants in Cyprus and Greece. It is not a marketplace: each restaurant gets its own ordering link and QR code to share on Instagram, Google, delivery bags and the shop window, and customers order in the Wiiz Eat app for delivery or pickup.
Menu: photos, prices, options and extras, the 14 allergens, vegetarian labels, per-dish discounts and a sold-out switch. Settings: opening hours, delivery charge, free-delivery threshold, minimum order, average preparation time, and a pause button for busy moments.
Orders: a live order board where staff accept or reject each order, mark it ready and out for delivery. The customer is notified at each step and sees who is bringing the order.
Delivery: done by the restaurant's own drivers using a free driver app. Drivers sign in with an SMS code, see the customer's details only after taking an order, and open the address in Google Maps. There is no shared driver pool.
Payments: customers pay the restaurant directly, in cash or by card on the restaurant's own POS terminal. Wiiz Eat never holds the restaurant's money.
Customers: the restaurant keeps its own customer list. English and Greek are supported.
Pricing: €0.15 per accepted order plus a one-time €250 setup. Rejected orders are free, there is no percentage commission and no contract, and prices exclude VAT. An optional branded app under the restaurant's own name costs €85/month plus a one-time €950 setup.
