Access control management features allow configuration of entry permissions at the facility or at the individual unit level based on account status and payment history. The management module also supports detailed audit logging of door event histories to assist with security monitoring and compliance reporting.
Integrated hardware components include keypad access controllers, door alarm sensors, remote access modules, lighting control devices and elevator control systems for multi story structures. Each hardware element communicates with the web based application to enable remote configuration and status monitoring. Licensing key authentication and version control processes are enforced to coordinate software installation and upgrades through designated sales representatives. Comprehensive user guide documentation, an online support request interface and a help desk infrastructure are available for technical assistance and configuration guidance.
A dealer distribution network model supports authorized resellers in implementing and maintaining system installations for end customers.
