WISO MeinBüro is a comprehensive cloud-based office management and accounting software solution developed by Buhl Data Service GmbH and offered under the WISO brand. The platform centralizes invoicing, bookkeeping, customer relationship management and document administration within a single application. It is accessible via web browser and mobile application for iOS and Android devices. The software is tailored to the needs of founders, self-employed professionals, freelancers and small enterprises across a range of industries.

The software supports creation of legally compliant invoices and electronic invoices in XRechnung and ZUGFeRD formats and automates population of mandatory fields such as sequential invoice numbering. It enables generation of quotes, orders and delivery notes by leveraging stored customer and article master data to eliminate repetitive data entry. Documents may be distributed via email or through an integrated customer portal that supports secure online payments via methods including PayPal, GiroPay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit cards. The master data module maintains detailed records for customers, suppliers and inventory items with standard and customizable fields for additional information.

Integration with online banking certified under BaFin security standards allows management of bank accounts, credit cards, cash books and PayPal accounts in one place. The system executes transfers directly and employs automatic payment recognition to match incoming transactions with open invoices. An automated dunning process sends payment reminders and configurable reminder stages via email with customizable text and fees while preserving control over the collection workflow. Mobile scanning functionality captures paper receipts in seconds and archives them digitally with full-text search, custom folders and tags. Accounting preparation features facilitate direct transmission of advance VAT returns via the ELSTER interface, creation of income-surplus calculations and posting of transactions according to DATEV SKR three or SKR four account frameworks.

The solution integrates with third-party services including DATEV for seamless collaboration with tax advisors, ELSTER for tax data transmission, WISO Steuer for transfer of income-surplus calculations to tax returns, Stripe for expanded payment method support and CleverReach for email marketing campaigns. Data storage occurs on redundantly secured servers in Germany in compliance with EU data protection regulations and VdS ten thousand certification requirements. The modular architecture allows activation of additional features as business needs evolve and subscription models offer flexibility with monthly or annual billing alongside a fourteen-day trial period that terminates automatically without obligation.
