This amount of user behavior visibility is crucial for locating friction points and improving the user experience. Super love this feature.
It takes a few seconds to load the video, so I miss the action I was trying to look at.
The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.
If I remember correctly, setting it up was a little difficult in our environment because of our stack.
I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.
I really struggle to find problems. Maybe sometimes the speed of the platform is a bit slow and takes time to load a video but as said, it’s really a minor thing.
We tried the other most recommended softwares that do just that, but Fullstory is much more user friendly, smart, easy to use and capable.

Pendo is a fantastic tool to understand how your users are interacting with your product. I like the ability to track clickable elements and page visits within our tool.
We have apps so need better tool. And terrible biz practice trying to scam more money from customers.
Overall, very pleased with how quickly you can gain insights about how your products are being utilized.
You are not able to clone guides across multiple instances, which is a bit of a pain when trying to push the same message to a few audiences.
We have actually tried to model some of our onboarding behaviors after Pendo's onboarding process, it was that good. I have always had great experiences with asking questions of the support staff.
We try to gather info from these elements but the only options seem to be screenshots or accessing the limited info available in CSV download.
We're able to get fantastic insights about who uses our product, why, and how. It allows us to make effective decisions on which features to dig deeper into, and which to scrap.
The search function for account names is limited.
It is a significant investment, but so many benefits, it is worth it.

I like that you don't need to be tech savvy to use Databox ,it is very easy to implement. It is great at visualizing results and helps me a lot with better understanding complex matters.
The lack of integration with Zendesk is weird as what I could see is there used to be one.
Plus, being able to schedule snapshots be sent to Slack and email, etc. is great. I also love the goals feature, being able to put our metrics into context like this is great.
It's still new and slightly buggy at times so it can be frustrating sometimes to build something out and not have it work 100% correctly.
The visuals look awesome on the computer, TV, and phone. I was impressed with how easy it was to create a metric.
Missing a Segment integration maybe to get all our app events. We rely on their Zapier integration to compensate.
I started using DataBox while they were in beta and it was great. The app is wonderful and the support team is great too.
Not much to customize on datacards. No configuration of the data from Google Analytics.
Super easy to use the available datasources, amazing and understandable UX. The wall dashboard is great.
For our clients, we're showing them how their investment is put to use but also having greater conversations over what we can do TOGETHER to improve results.
It's one of the overall best tools I've ever seen with its amazing selection of templates, wide and an I mean really wide range of possible Integration of Tools, and more.
The end result of a Databox presentation looks great. It makes everything super clear when showing results to a client.

Great app to do qualitative analytics in user's natural environment helping faster product development. This enables better prioritisation decisions.
I found it very disappointing that I was only offered a credit and not a refund of the VAT that should not have been charged to a UK based business.
VERY good segmentation and ability to isolate recordings and share recordings. Easy to set up funnel tracking with custom events/URL's etc - good visualisation and linking to falloff recordings etc.
Will pay more than you get. Data will disappear any day, Application filters don't work.
Smart look is brilliant to see what your visitor is doing on your site it really helps us in improving our website and making it user freindly.
Heatmaps also does not show % clicks on map, so missing some crucial analytical data.
Seeing what costumers do on my website is like viewing my business from their point of view. It is amazing how much I can get out with this software.

Fantastic customer service - very responsive to any need. We had a couple of issues which have been solved pretty smoothly thanks to them.
I found the interface hard to use at first. Also it was really annoying the lack of options to easily create "Read only" dashboards.
One of the best product which allow tracking user interaction with the application. Easy integration with frontend and backend (nodeJS) projects.
Quite heavy to understand, not always very simple. Too much fonctionnality and no real segmentation.
It is very easy to visualize and read on the screen the data exhibit. And it has a great set of filters and options to display and configure your own insights and reports.
Rigid notification center and no mail reports.
I use Mixpanel to determine how campaigns are working and how customers are performing according to my efforts. It's a great tool and easy to use.
Some simple things are hard i.e. "show me a a list of events that exist in our product.
It is highly useful for those products which are based on customer service over web like hotel bookings, resume creation, etc.
Chart creation is really straight forward. Moreover, if you use Segment, Mixpanel will work great with it.

There is a glitch that affected the geolocation on accounts that were already geolocated. Support tried to fix by geo-locating every account but now it's worse on both mobile and desktop.

Fraud Protection which is not actually done by affise, and not quite accurate after testing period we have create our own fraud preventing algorithms.
Pay per conversation is the best option that affise is offering. This will help advertiser to establish great and economical.
Full of errors and they are not aware of it until you inform the tech team. They even give some excuses to not confess about the issues they have.
The platform has a great selection of features that make it invaluable for affiliate marketers. It has a great user interface, detailed analytics, and plenty of tracking tools.
Sometimes may work hard, may have some delays but not often.

What we are still missing is the simple linking option with Google Ads and other PPC ad providers.
Matomo behaved as a quality alternative for content search on our intranet and has met our expectations with an excellent cost-benefit ratio and ease of use.
After using Matomo for over 3 years, there simply is nothing to dislike about it. Any dislike that arises would be purely because of bad hosting or bad configuration.
The platform has been around a long time (formerly Piwik) and has proven to be very reliable. Using the API to create custom reports is also easy and super useful.

I like that I can see the "waterfall" view of my site, which helps me to determine what elements are causing my page to load slowly. It does work and it works reliably.
It is a bit costly for purchasing. Reports are complex to study.
If you have the budget for it, it's a great solution to track website performance and receive timely alerts.
I can only complain about the way they present errors, a little more order would not be wrong.

They have a fantastic customer success team that has been very responsive to all our calls and emails. The results have been amazing.
Expecting things to be more fast and furious 😅 (being greedy).
Additionally, we find the ability to drill down into the user's timeline of app events pretty useful to identify issues with the work flow and how to improve the UX.
It's just become a bit costly now for smaller companies.
The initial free package is generous and allows to do much before paying the first time. Customer support is fantastic.
The analytics and reporting is very buggy. The reports that come in for campaigns are also very difficult to understand, making it tough to fix.

The database structure and lack of readability of names was difficult to get used to.
Made our life easier because of its excellent integration capabilities, good support, geofencing feature and great reporting and analytics capabilities.
The process of using creating segments are relatively slow and the delivery rate is poor. The Analytics shows limited data.
The overall experience is nice with this product. It's feasible for every kind of user and also doesn't contain any kind of complex features.
While infusing into the system, several requirements of analytics were missing from the product. With regular feedback with the team, we received them but it took months.
The best thing I liked about the software is user interface. It's very easy to use and understand even if you have not worked on similar software in the past.
Limitation on number of days I can send message after an event.

I love how easy it is to set up and use. I didn't expect it to be so intuitive and user friendly considering all that it does.
Unless you have a background as a developer, using this software can be really confusing.
I really like the idea of having the chance of gathering metrics about the usage of your platform, tracking users interactions and more useful data, and providing complete metric graphics.
It need basic html tagging knowledge. Sometimes it's confusing for business users.
It helps to get user details on the basis of journey that we have set, easy to use and user friendly.
The amount of configurations and customizations in the dashboards and reports is limited.
The tool is designed so you can make your own building blocks for your dashboards, making it a very powerful ally when it comes to understanding what your users are doing in the platform.
Very limited data visualization options. For relative date selection, I can only pick from a list of 4 (today, last week, last month, last 3 months, last year).

Swaarm is the most efficient tracking platform I have ever used. The features are brilliant and the support is awesome.
Click reports are very essential to identifying fraud. Also, there are minor blocking and optimization/targeting features that are available in other platforms and not here.
The customized reporting is awesome and with the Explorer you have kind of an online excel version where you can combine all data how you like.
And also, faced some troubles with advertisers integration because the initial process was different than I used before on Affise, not having experience of dealing with other 3rd party platforms.
It has a lot tools which other platforms don´t have for example: Scan Tool and Push Tool. The reporting makes it super easy to find what you are looking for and the API is used super quick and easy.
The conversion scrubbing process in Swaarm is difficult compared to other tools I used in past.
The best part about Swaarm is that it combines the best features from many other platforms and then improves upon them.
The only downside to Swaarm is that you would have to have some technical knowledge to fully grasp the platform.
Its having so much interesting tools, which make working much more comfortable, fast, easy. Swaarm Team you are doing best.

User friendly, effective controls, cost effective, easy accessible for end users once over Cloud and fast performance.
I can't believe how such a highly considered company can produce something this bad.
It is a great ERP system if you want to run a smooth business with all the trasactions recorded clearly. Its easy to learn and access as well.
The sheer amount of time it takes oracle to get setup could bankrupt your company of resources. We are going on a two year implementation time frame and still do not have a functional product.
I have been working with this technology for quite a while now, and Oracle has been great support.
Price charges are more comparitively apps available in markete. Some scenarios are not integrated with other modules.
I am new user and I find it very easy to use. Tracking and finding is so simple and the updation of real time basis is amazing feature.
Overall it has been poor, it takes me longer to get things done with it and is cumbersome to use and learn.
The entire application is spread sheet friendly which accountants and end users love. Journals, invoices,suppliers, budgets etc can be loaded using spread sheets.
Multi modules packed in one suite confuse our less trained Employees.
There are a lot of features that allow you to perform a variety of tasks in order to do your job better.
For some reason the web based solution for this would crash often.
Oracle good for maintaining receipts and business expenses for a small business/group.
Its immediate integration help business to to perform tasks more efficiently. Report building is so easy.
Its good for textile sector.every textile firm use it to Create pipline for their business.
It was a great tool to use for managing inventory and issuing purchase orders to vendors.

It also keeps you up to date with respect to the top process classes which are consuming CPU and Memory. It is one of the best application monitoring tool.
Able to see JVM memory usage, garbage collection, JVM error, and applications error per tier to associated systems.
I like the application, server and even the network flow monitoring of the application. My best part of the application feature is it drill down capability in determine root cause of an issue.
No access to get AppD DB for capturing specific things. Scenario - I want my URL or API to be send in the app d alert but there is no provisioning , i raised ticket as well, but so far no provision.
The good thing about the tools is its integration with the load runner tool for performance testing. We can get the exact method and class names from the code which helps in finding the bottleneck.
Some of the data that I need gets lost on all of the functions. Curse of the blessing, I guess.
Appdynamics supports many platforms, and it's set up is relatively easy. It also supports customized monitoring, and allows you to build what you need.
Customization of alerts and suppression is tricky.
Monitor applications to make sure they are in a good and healthy state.

It also keeps you up to date with respect to the top process classes which are consuming CPU and Memory. It is one of the best application monitoring tool.
Able to see JVM memory usage, garbage collection, JVM error, and applications error per tier to associated systems.
I like the application, server and even the network flow monitoring of the application. My best part of the application feature is it drill down capability in determine root cause of an issue.
No access to get AppD DB for capturing specific things. Scenario - I want my URL or API to be send in the app d alert but there is no provisioning , i raised ticket as well, but so far no provision.
The good thing about the tools is its integration with the load runner tool for performance testing. We can get the exact method and class names from the code which helps in finding the bottleneck.
Some of the data that I need gets lost on all of the functions. Curse of the blessing, I guess.

For example, we have two different flows (one for new users and one for more experienced users) and there is no way to see both of these at once. There are too many marketing email campaigns.
It really helps to get to know better your users' behaviour and supports the strategic decisions in the business life.
Indicative is limited in ways to look at data.
Our new feature developments have been spot on and we are able to understand where users are struggling, what features they like etc. It is like I have a super power in my hands.

The one thing I could complain about is that there isn't an option to reset your password right on the log-in.

Kochava's awesome UI and intuitive platform make it easy to create unique audiences you want to target across multiple DSPs & Platforms.
Diversified method of extracting data via API, UX, query, with different time ranges capabilities, which makes it a bit more confusing to me.

Overall, great experience - just get in and play around with the features, because there are a ton of features and possibilities - and they are well orgnaized.
It's great to be able to launch website intercept surveys so quickly and easily, user-friendly interface.
We use Survicate to run surveys from Hubspot. It was easy to setup and came in at a much lower price point that competitive products we looked at.

UXCam has been such a valuable piece of software, extremely insightful, helping us to champion user centric design. The UXCam team are extremely helpful at all times, very supportive.
We have limited number of recordings available. So sometimes the quota gets over and we have to wait for a month to get the quota refilled.
Just having the ability to "see" what the user is doing is great. Heatmaps are a very useful feature too.
It looks old and is hard to follow at first contact and is not very intuitive.
Very good team to help us setup and learn about the product. Excellent customer service and fast integration.
But, toggling to low resolution on the dashboard immediately fixed the problem -- no update needed.
Its a great cost effective tool to improve the flows of our product.
No real cons that I can think of - maybe the admin interface is too sparse, some may find it lacking in bells and whistles.
Is a great help in monitoring the behaviour of the apps. The customization is enough to get the other details you might need.
They're improving month to month so I'm pretty glad to choose this software.

Great support during all the onboarding process and great support for any maintenance issue.
Sometimes the connection lost and it's hard to find where.
Great for anyone in the Marketing and Advertising space that wants a good entry ETL solution.
The only item that was a struggle for us was really an internal issues which Improvado assisted us in navigating.
Customer service is great to work with than compared to other companies. There's a good room to customize.
Customization options are limited beyond what is needed for my company.
I like the ease of use, the list of connectors, and the customer support that the Improvado team gives.
The product isn't the easiest to use and isn't fully build out yet when compared to other product.

It's been a fantastic solution and platform for our mobile and web applications.
Although it is a web and mobile analytics tool, it lacks omnichannel functionalities. The documentation can be hard to navigate through (specially from a business perspective).
Thanks to Countly we finally have insights on how users are using our applications allowing us to improve the user experience and improve the retention.
