Fullstory is a cloud-based behavioral data platform that automatically captures every user interaction across web and mobile — clicks, taps, scrolls, and form inputs — without manual tagging or pre-defined tracking configuration. The platform combines digital experience analytics, session replay, conversion funnels, heatmaps, product analytics, in-app guides, surveys, and data warehouse export into a single solution. An integrated AI suite (StoryAI, powered by Google Gemini) surfaces prioritized friction points, conversion opportunities, anomalies, and trend signals without requiring teams to build dashboards or write queries. A Workforce product extends the same behavioral analytics to internal, employee-facing tools and applications. Fullstory holds SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 certifications, and offers a private-by-default data capture mode. Customer data is not used to train sub-processor AI models. Deployment is SaaS; behavioral data can also be exported to customer-managed cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and Google BigQuery via Fullstory Anywhere.
