Box's huge stockpiling limit, secure climate and simple to-utilize interface made it simple for me to begin with the assistance and begin utilizing it to store and access my most significant data. This program has furnished me with secure capacity for my monstrous information, and the information I have gathered can be conveyed to different crowds. It is not difficult to utilize and works with various stages. It has completely supported the tasks.
I like the facts and functionality is very effective. It fulfil the user need
there is always room for improvement....

Overall I think this is by far the best virtual storage and management site.
I like that everything you upload can be sorted as you like and it is safely stored and backed up you don't need the physical copies.
That it constantly logs you off and you need to log in repeatedly as you use the software.

I feel this is a must for any company that has any virtual employees
I like that there is no paper filing and no need for a file cabinet!
The only Con I can think of is if your internet is out, you can't find your document.

It provides the innovative forum of cloud content management, where all the data and files can be managed in a single platform. The data is kept secure and all the team members for particular projects are kept updated with the progress. This is great for a modern day, a virtual work environment where the planning management is something we no longer have to bother about.
Even though it provides a prompt customer care service, it is difficult to avail some features as they have higher pricing for the storage of data crossing a particular limit. These higher versions can be uneconomical for some small business groups and teams that might not be able to invest despite the large numbers. A large number of team members will therefore not benefit much here.

I have used it to share documents for virtual events with colleagues for several events.
It is a good tool to share documents and interactive files with a lot of different people and integrate it with a site. It also has a high capacity for documents.
It is not very popular and a lot of people have not heard of it. So it can be hard to send to other people when they need to download their software or create an account.

Box gives a record stockpiling answer for our group, a method for offering security to our clients, and for our clients to impart documents to us. I like that it is so natural to share huge documents without making messages undeliverable.
I like approaching my information from any spot and any gadget. I never again need to depend on far off associations or VPNs to my office organization. It functions admirably for our office for powerful correspondence while sending and getting archives from our clients. They offer the most elements and capacities at a serious cost. Ideally, it stays along these lines. I have prescribed it to a great deal of my clients for individual capacity too.
I use Adobe Aerialist for virtual endorsements. Box delivered its virtual endorsement catch highlight I was really amped up for. They have been further developing it after some time, yet for the present, I feel that Trapeze artist Sign has more highlights I'm utilized to as of now. I really do at present utilize it inside for marks.

We are using it with a Virtual CPA Firm. It allows us to securing communicate and transfer files.
The most important thing for me is the security aspect since I use this for important documents such as tax forms, etc. I also appreciate how easy it is to use. After two minutes of being within the software I was able to use the functions I needed to.
I think the messaging could be improved. At one point I was using it with my collaborators, but I didn't realize I needed to refresh the screen to see a new message. If the messaging could be made live so you don't have to refresh the screen that'd be great. Or a notification for a new message.

Super easy collaboration with virtual colleagues or on the days I am working from home. Robust search capabilities makes finding files quick, and uploading/downloading files takes little time no brain power.
It is very easy to share files with outside parties without risk of losing control of the document or allowing access to other company documents. Allows work from anywhere and from any device.
Customer service is extremely good in terms of video and live webinars, but it's not very easy to just get a live person's direct help. If you look, though, you'll find an answer to most of your questions.

I helps me to store huge data files in structured way and simplest way to share data
It is very simple to share or store big document. And it is very easy to share across the clients or friends or anyone. Editing option is really cool we can edit the document after updating in cloud.
If we rework the file after uploading in box platform it shows the version history widely and online viewing file without downloading is little bit obstacle because they won't be in presentable view

We had a lot of paper files for clients in the office. We are slowly scanning and uploading important docs to Box. There's more space in the room since we got rid of the filing cabinet!
It's one of the better file sharing platforms I have used. Everyone at work has access to files they need even if they're remote.
Sometimes the files take too long to load

manage data, share content, collaborate
Box is very necessary in maintaining large amounts of files in our company. We like the ability to have multiple people edit documents and add comments. It has a great UI and makes administration a breeze. Also from a trusted name in the industry.
We have had some concern with the security before. Our company did not initially approve the application due to privacy concerns. We have not had any issues so far and will continue using it in our company.

I work for a startup, so the most people we have in each "box" is just a few. The bigger you get, you would probably want to have a more all-inclusive CRM type system.
Great for startups without a ton of data. It's very easy to collaborate and share data quickly, even if you're on opposite ends of the world.
This may not be the greatest tool for large organizations. The bigger a company gets, the more data it produces. If there is more data, there are many types of data. This may get confusing and overwhelming in box.

Beat Enterprise level data sharing platform
Box has an advantage over other data sharing platforms because of its UI which is very unique and appealing. One can also make folders on it for different formats of data and it also shows the last person to access he data and to modify it which sometimes become really helpful.
The only disadvantage of this is that every time one enters a box folder has to go through a seurity check which consumes a lot of time sometimes.

Relative to Box and Intralinks, I have enjoyed my experience with Firmex's VDR and it has been extremely helpful with coordinating our due diligence process with external parties.
The Firmex VDR is easy to navigate and provides a seamless experience to provide documents to external users
It would be helpful if (i) there was an easier way to leave/review comments within Firmex for specifid documents and (ii) run a report to see which users have viewed and downloaded documents.
Thanks for the feedback, we have put product improvements to enhance our download experience and will be continually improving this feature. As for the product feedback on the new UI, this is a feature we are rolling out to update our interface. We will be continually improving this feature and appreciate the feedback which I have shared with our product development team.

Very positive, would highly recommend.
Pricing per month and per gig — allows us to use Firmex no matter the size of the deal.
The permissions for me has been my least favorite feature. I have 40 groups for one of my deals right now because each employee needs specific access to 1-2 folders. I wish there were an easier way to set permissions. For granular permissions for subfolders, maybe clicking a check box instead of a drop down menu would be helpful.
Hi Andrew, Thanks for the positive feedback and outlining one of our competitive advantages in our pricing model versus legacy providers pricing model. In terms of the permissions, we can activate user level permissions for you, which should help the issue you described. Your feedback is noted and we are always investigating ways to better improve the granular folder and sub-folder level permissions. It would be great to connect with you on ways we can improve this feature based on your VDR experience. James, Director of Sales
