CalendarWiz supports multi-user editing, document management and event reminders, allowing users to define calendar editing positions, attach agendas, documents, and presentations to events, as well as send reminders with details for meetings, appointments or classes.
Room and facility scheduling tools enable users to manage everything from meeting rooms and classrooms to athletic fields, lab facilities and studios. CalendarWiz allows users to manage any type of facility or resource. The system detects double bookings, and offers flexible permissions, automatic notifications, and facility filtering and color-coding functionality.
