I didn't like that everything is in icon form (rather than a drop-down menu with words), so I had to teach myself what all the icons meant in order to know what to use, e.g. how to add a text box or a date box, etc.

General Manager

Integration with my gmail account saves time and allows me to quickly rename documents, save them to Drive, apply dates/signatures or add commentary.

Property Mo

With the type of business that I have with clients all over the world, from time to time they need important paperwork signed and Dochub allows me to administer important documents to my clients in an efficient manner that’s easy for all parties .

Executive Director

It's one the cheapest document signing softwares available and allows us to easily send and receive signed contracts for new volunteers at our nonprofit.

Real Estate Agent

Very minor issue: when scrolling down the dashboard, the left hand side menu with folders does not coming down and it becomes more complex to drug document to the proper folder, so you need to select it and assign to the right one. If the left hand side menu would also move down with all the page that would solve the problem.

I still have yet to figure out how to fully utilize the tool when it comes to making reusable documents for things such as client intake and authorization forms.

Broker Realtor

I use DocHub very day to create client reports, edit offers with counter points and corrections and to create marketing materials.

Human Resources Analyst

I'm able to full utilize all the features of DocHub to the best of my abilities and it really helps make my day to day tasks and operations very easy and efficient.

Cinematographer

The platform ensures my documents and signatures are secure, making sure all parties have copies and can view the documents.

I've added the extension to my email, so when files come in I can open them directly to DocHub to complete my tasks quickly without having to download/upload every time.

I can quickly open attachments and convert them to PDF, apply signatures, dates, highlights, comments and more.

Special Education Supervisor

I have no conc's, except that when parents access to sign you can not use a phone device as it will not allow them to fully sign document and finalize.

I like that is is user friendly, I can go back and send reminders to parents without downloading the document again and that it keeps track of how accesses and what their actions are with the document.

At present, only one document can be uploaded and added at a time. If I want to combine 2-3 PDFs, they must each be uploaded separately which is time consuming.

registar

Sending DocHub solves this problem, because they can just click through the delegated tabs, fill out information and sign right from their phones.

Project Management

As a logistics business constantly on the road, we appreciate having an online platform that allows us to sign contracts with our partners instantly.

Admin Manager

I primarily use DH professionally for Building Permits for houses, we have a business account with 5-6 users.

Overall, for small to medium-sized businesses or individual use, DocHub is a great tool for digital document management and e-signatures, though improvements to the mobile app would make it even better.

I also like how easily it integrates with cloud servers too, and easy to update existing files, etc. And though Customer Support is a bit "regimented", they are pretty quick to respond, but not always helpful if its outside of a simple fix.

Secretary

That I'm unable to write text in anything other that horizontal lines and drawn boxes/shapes can't be anything other than square to the page.

Office Manager

The versatility, we use DocHub to create renewal packets and send for e-signatures.

I only wish I could add documents directly from my Gmail to an existing document in DocHub via the Gmail add-on

The ability to edit, write up, documents and create templates for everyday use.

owner

Limitations on saving documents, wish you could combine pre-existing documents to create envelopes.

Simple and clean

DocHub has met or exceeded my expectations on document signing, storage, and editing for contracts.

Data and research lead

Everything from editing PDF's, creating filling forms, signing documents.

Team Manager

Been using DocHub for years and still use it almost every day to assemble rental apartment application paperwork PDFs.

VP of Legal and Business Operations

It only takes a few minutes to set up a doc for signatures, and even easier if you set it up as a template.

Also - a small but meaningful number of times over the past year, the date field either becomes unavailable or not required when sending a request.

Partner

This simplifies our service agreement procedure with clients so they can just sign from their phone anywhere.

customer service

I can send several documents as one envelope so they can sign multiple pages.

Project manager

I seem to have to enter the email addresses of people asked to sign a document each time I issue a document for signature.

Director of Finance

It's affordable and allows us to use both e-signature as well completing PDF forms.

Director

Can’t save email addresses and sometimes documents that are not pdfs lose their integrity.

Founder

Some of the document actions are harder to find when trying to duplicate pages or copy existing document.

It took the COVID-19 pandemic, which made traditional methods untenable, for them to reluctantly accept digital solutions.

I like the flexibility of field types, options for order of signatures, etc.

The seamless integration with Google Drive makes accessing and organising documents incredibly efficient.

DocHub is an excellent tool for editing, signing, and sharing PDFs online.

It isn't quite as professional looking or user friendly on the recipient side when sending signature requests as some other esignature options available.

One of the standout features is the ability to customize documents.

I started using it during Covid when I needed to have documents signed, and then others in my school thought it was a great tool-

We use DocHub with parents and many are not tech savy on their phone to sign forms, etc.

Publisher, production, CEO

For every new order from a client, I open a new copy where the fields are ready to be used. And this makes the basis for all my orders, and can be easily accessed and sent to my accountant if needed.

I'd prefer DocHub to allow me to keep email addresses used before and optionally pick from those.

There are lots of youtube videos to provide support if you are having trouble accessing a feature or you can chat with support quickly.

Smallpdf

Smallpdf is the simple and secure online PDF editor from Zurich, Switzerland. Founded in 2013, it offers 50+ tools to compress, translate, sign, edit, merge, and convert PDFs online, on desktop, or on mobile. Over 1 billion users have trusted Smallpdf with their documents.

I spent two and a half hours on customer support, being passed from agent to agent who had no idea what they were doing, one agent at one point took control of my screen and just kept randomly moving the mouse around the screen but not doing anything, before then passing me on to someone else who told me I didn’t have an Enterprise trial - even though I do!

Systems Administrator

One area that could be improved is customer support, as it can sometimes take a while to contact the support team and have technical issues resolved. Although Adobe Acrobat is generally reliable, occasional bugs or system issues can disrupt work, and resolving these can be time-consuming when support is not immediately available.

Adobe Acrobat blows me away with how intuitive it is for editing PDFs you're getting a ton of functionality without a huge learning curve in terms of value for money it's not the cheapest tool out there but you do get what you pay for in terms of reliability and advanced features and the customer support is definitely a plus.
