What is eMeeting?
EcosAgile Workspace & eMeeting digitizes the booking and management of corporate workspaces. WORKSPACE allows employees and contractors to book workstations, desks, meeting rooms and coworking spaces, with real-time visibility into spaces that are available, booked or occupied. The company can define usage policies, authorized user groups, booking duration and maximum number of bookings, and room capacity. Reports, statistics and charts help analyze space utilization and occupancy and plan future onsite presence. The system also displays the features, equipment and amenities available for each space and can integrate with Google and Outlook calendars. eMeeting complements the solution for meeting rooms through Wi-Fi touchscreen displays installed outside rooms, allowing users to check availability, book, confirm or release a room in real time. The solution is particularly suited to organizations with shared spaces, coworking, remote work and hybrid work models.
