It probably wasn't even an issue that originated with Kapwing's server...these technical glitches happen for all sorts of reasons. I did initially feel that I might have lost absolutely everything.

You can edit anything from anywhere. The default configuration for various social media is amazing and this option allows me to publish the videos smoothly.

It is quite good but it has some problems. The audio editing is difficult and doesn't have smart ordering of audio parts. Audio adding is slow. It takes much time to edit a video.

This review is focused only on one of Kapwing feature - AI generated subtitles. I known that Kapwing offers many tools for online video editing (and they are very good), but I'm using just one of them - Subtitler. This tool is able to autogenerate subtitles for video in almost any language. And this is cool! You know - I'm deaf (or almost deaf, to be correct) and thank to Kapwing  I’m now able understand and react on videos from my friends :) (I’m able to read and write in 6 languages, but if someone sent me video-message, I was f*cked… :D Not any more, thank to this service). Before Kapwing I had to download the video, extract audio from it, process the audio file with dedicated software and then, finally, I got subtitles (poor quality subtitles, I have to say). With Kapwing I just paste URL to Subtitler and get subtitles. Miracle, for me.

Speaker 1:                                             Hi, I'm Jared and I am the Executive Director of Kinyua Marketing Agency. And it is a two to 10 employee company. And Kapwing, from one to five, is a five for me. Kapwing is a new company to me because the current companies I was using was InShot, Descript and I was also using Midjourney. However, the refreshing and the lagging and the updates constantly instead of having a smooth operating system was kind of why I had to switch because it wasn't letting me do what I needed to do with the videos I was editing. Kapwing is just a seamless solution to me because dealing with a lot of web-based apps, I noticed there's either a technology delay or there's a system delay. And with Kapwing, I didn't experience either one, so I was able to really implement. The strategy I was trying to do was just extract music from a video and it was really seamless in splitting up the MP3 and the other file types. It was very quick, less than five minutes to really get set up, and it was nearly identical to most of the other software I'm used to using for video and photography and music editing.
                                                       So it was almost just night and day difference. Second nature, if you want to call it that. And to me, I've been able to expand on not just using it, but implementing it with AI and a couple other softwares I already have. The best advice I would suggest for anybody looking at Kapwing, if you haven't got your feet wet with AI to text or video editing or even video AI or any of those softwares out there, you can definitely try those first. Kapwing is more for the advanced user that needs to do a couple video edits, adding scenes, create B roll, create more complex workflows for their videos. So it's not an entry level product, but it is a seamless solution for anybody from a beginner mode to an expert.

                                                       Before I switched to Kapwing, I was using Dubb and it did a lot of things. And actually my problem with it was it did so many things that it was hard for me to use and confusing. When I would go in there to use it, I would have to re-remember the whole platform. And with Kapwing, it was just clean and simple and easy for me to use. And that's some of my criteria for choosing software.
                                                       So I needed to add some subtitles, captions to a video for a promotion I was doing and I needed to do it really quick. I was going to have to upgrade with any software I had and pay a lot of extra money, and I didn't feel like that was worth it for just the project I was working on. So I went searching for free captioning software and I came up with Kapwing and I look at it and I'm like, "Okay, I'm going to test this." And on my project, which was pretty important to me, I tested it and it worked perfectly the first time. I was able to upload my video, get the correct captions. If there was any twist on the words, text to... Well, speaking to text was super easy to fix. And then it exported my video to me right away with the captions right on it exactly what I needed.
                                                       So getting started was superfast. I just had to upload a video, click, make captions, and boom, it just did it. I was able to quickly on the screen with a very comfortable user interface, figure out how to make the changes I wanted to make to adjust any corrections in the text I needed to make and to export. The platform was very simple and easy to see all the steps I needed to do.
                                                       So the things I recommend, if you're thinking about getting Kapwing or any other software, is to look at the functions that that software provides to make sure that that software meets the needs of your business and that it improves your workflow. The whole purpose for me of software is to be able to do more better with less time. And Kapwing allowed me to do that. So when you do your investigations, look at that software also.
