What is NuovoTeam?

NuovoTeam is a Push-to-Talk (PTT) app that helps organizations track and monitor their non-desk workers. NuovoTeam facilitates employee productivity tracking, communication and collaboration across your workforce. Monitor employee location, employee work hours with clock-in, clock-out, track work status and assign tasks, enable organization-wide unified contact management and make way for communication with Push-To-Talk (PTT), VoIP calling, instant messaging, video calling and group chats.

The solution allows employees to exchange voice notes and communicate with teams over VoIP using a centralized dashboard. NuovoTeam lets managers create various forms of communication channels including ‘open,’ ‘closed,’ and ‘broadcasting,’ facilitating conversations among internal team members. Administrators can also invite staff to subscribe or unsubscribe channels, delete or deactivate groups, and switch channels from public to read-only privacy on a unified interface.

NuovoTeam helps healthcare professionals send alerts in case of emergency and impose read receipts to track sent, received, and read messages. It also lets team leaders block unwanted websites and create news feeds to send notifications across the entire workforce.
