Enterprises can utilize WestFax’s mobile application to send faxes with multiple file attachments and notify customers about status updates via email. It allows managers to generate exception reports with various customizable fields such as name, company, contact information, and customer ID. Users can also upload documents on the system in several formats including Word, PDF, Tiff, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
WestFax comes with an application programming interface (API), which allows organizations to modify the system and integrate it with various third-party systems. Using the broadcasting module, users can schedule and fax specific documents to multiple recipients. Plus, healthcare providers can prevent unauthorized exploitation of ePHI data via AES 256-bit encryption.
