Cumbersome dinosaur of a product that doesn't live up to its potential.  We now use Ressio software and find it much more easy to adopt, a more honest sales team, and easy to use and integrate into our processes.

Don't waste your time or money.

Although there are minor preferences i have about Co-Construct's software system, the system is a brilliant approach to making home building simpler. I work for a family-owned home builder and this is one of our biggest selling points, an easy to use - client based software for selections, budgeting, and anything in between. 

The value of imperfection

As a licensed general contractor specializing in custom homes, we know the importance of project management. Constant communication with our clients, our trades, our suppliers as well as county inspectors and engineers is paramount. 
After all, building a custom home is one of the biggest investments for our clients, so we need to monitor every project and all activity.  
We can not rely on a verbal commitment or a paper trail sitting in a folder here in the office.
BuilderTrend is perfect for our field managers, our owners, our clients and our marketing efforts.

We'll have someone from our support team give you a call today, since you are able to zoom in and out on the Gantt view of the schedule to see anywhere from a few days all the way to the entire span of the project. In fact, we have the ability to do that on more advanced views, as well, where you can see the overlay of multiple projects, even color coded by your subs doing the different tasks. We'll make sure you're squared away with how to get what you need.

Great array of tools to use in making the building process methodical, tools like the documents folder for all project drawings and specification are great. The integration with Xero was a big plus.

Construction Manager

It has many great features that streamline communication with trades and help them to get paid on time. It’s a great way to organize multiple projects at a time.

Bookkeeper

As mentioned above, job costing is such a great thing that can be accomplished. Sending bills out of BT is also a great aspect of the software.

Super easy to use and introduce to clients. Great way to stay on top of the project as well as communicate between client and subs.

I liked that it covers just about all the bases and has a great notification tool. Lots of good options on how the information is received and shared as well as filter features.

Unable to autosave to-do's or the daily log is obnoxious. If you accidentally close out the program you lose all data.

It is a great customer service tool that is good for all the customers - the client, the supervisors, fellow workers and subcontractors and the owner of the business.

Really easy to use, great customer support and we loved the no start up cost just a very affordable monthly fee.
