What is HeavyBid?
HeavyBid is a powerful bidding and estimating tool that enables construction companies in the transportation, oil & gas, power, industrial, and telecom industries, among others, to build accurate, flexible estimates.
Users can import items, use standardized libraries, and create custom calculations and assemblies to automate much of the estimating process. Flexible work breakdown structures in the crew-based software help users to organize estimates based on what they need to see. Customizable cost types let users track subcontractor, labor, equipment, materials and other costs, to get the most accurate and competitive bid. On bid days, HeavyBid can import, analyze and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes, as well as conduct subcontractor versus self-perform analysis.
HeavyBid interfaces with accounting and project management systems, as well as with other HCSS products to eliminate double data entry.
