SupplyPro is a cloud-based construction management solution that helps builders and suppliers manage bids, documents, field services, and more. The centralized platform lets managers share tax information with team members, and generate accounting reports to provide insight into financial costs across projects.

Features of SupplyPro include estimation, collaboration, version control, general ledger, accounts payable, alerts/notifications, and customer relationship management (CRM). Users can calculate budgets for jobs, gain approvals on purchase orders, and manage transactions. Plus, it lets contractors upload critical documents to a built-in database, and enforce role-based access to edit or delete files, minimizing unauthorized data breaches.

SupplyPro helps businesses track task completion using customizable checklists, upload pictures of defects, and access results even from remote locations. It comes with an administrative dashboard, which enables users to view the details of submitted, received, shipped, and completed work orders. Managers can also receive warranty requests, assign trades to repairs, and maintain logs of supplier interactions.
