I decided to use Appointlet rather than Calendly because their free version allows you to have an unlimited number of events across multiple different booking pages.

I am able to book and schedule all patient appointments!

Appointlet was super user friendly with the end user and easy to naviagte.

This allows me to create a different booking page for prospects than clients.

We've created calendars for particular functions, and we use those links when sending out invitation to meetings or presentations, even for quick calls.

Some other things are smaller: the links get very long as you duplicate appointments and while you can make custom links, we had to make nearly 80 appointment types and didn't have the time to then change the link--it just added a lot of "clone-xxxxxxxx-clone-xxxxxx" and so forth.

We logged in, and the tools were very intuitive to start using right away.

They told us that they are using a translation service provider and they have reached the limits of the service agreement so the team is working to renew our agreement. How is it even possible?

Even a non-tech savvy person can set up a few different appointment types.

Easy to set up, easy to use and maintain, and a good value for the features.

That was such a massive benefit to us throughout the process because it allowed for the necessary privacy and security for each of our parent teacher conferences.

I haven't found a way to create a "standard" availability.

You can add meeting buffers, customised messages, meeting confirmation processes, accept payment for bookings and more.

We aren't heavy users of calendar apps, and it's a perfect app for the amount of people we interact with.

Another super small nitpicky one: we couldn't see the titles of each of the meeting types to know who the teacher was.

So I would know at a glance the exact time of the appointment.  

It's integrated in our website and our e-mail signature.

This lessens the hassle of looking for common availabilities with people.

In my company we need to have everything organized and weeks are packed with meeting.

The lack of a "pay-what-you-want"  feature in the payment processing is a bummer, especially for non-profits or other organizations that are using Appointlet to schedule for free services, but wouldn't mind a few bucks.

The reminder options could be more robust.
