- Services at no extra cost - We offer implementation, Customer Success, and Support services included as part of our platform fee because we recognize the importance of providing the right support for our customers in order to derive value
- Unlimited users - Rather than a seat-based model, we price based on accounts, which means companies can add unlimited users into Catalyst in order to maximize access to customer data and power cross-functional collaboration
