CloudBridal - 2026 Pricing, Features, Reviews & Alternatives

CloudBridal is cloud-based point of sale and shop management software for bridal, prom and formalwear boutiques, used since 2019 by shops from one-person boutiques to multi-store groups. It runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone, with nothing to install.

Functions

- Appointments: online booking from the shop's website or Instagram, appointment types, rooms and stylists, deposits at booking, waitlists, and email and text reminders.

- Customers: one record per customer with her event date, notes, appointments, orders, payments, documents and message history.

- Orders and purchasing: special orders with size, color and measurements; stock and customer purchase orders; alerts for unplaced and late orders.

- Inventory: stock by style, color and size, item labels and scanning, and an online inventory showcase that can be embedded on the shop's website.

- Payments: deposits, split payments and payment plans, payment links and text-to-pay, and sales agreements signed electronically.

- Also included, depending on plan: rentals, alterations, prom registry, task automation, staff scheduling, sales goals, commission reporting, multiple locations and a client portal.

Integrations

Stripe for card payments in the shop's own account, QuickBooks for accounting, Mailchimp for marketing lists, Twilio for texting, Google sign-in, and bulk data import from Excel.

Security

Each shop's data is kept separate, and that separation is checked automatically whenever the code changes. Staff roles control what each person sees, two-factor sign-in protects accounts, a shared-device lock asks for a staff pin after inactivity, and an activity log records who changed what (Core and Ultimate). Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 provider; CloudBridal never holds the shop's money or stores full card numbers. CloudBridal is hosted on Microsoft Azure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with automatic database backups and point-in-time restore.
