Pros

I personally like the ease of setting up events and registration pages, clean data capturing in reporting, and the ability to push those reports to a shared company-wide portal.
You can make your registration event pages quite robust with information- that is probably the best PRO of the software. It is also great that it is Cloud-based like all software should be these days.
Flex is a great addition to the product - super easy to use and aesthetically pleasing.

Pros

It was trully amazing to discovery Airmeet and setup all the event. The support was also amazing.
We honestly loved our experience with Airmeet and we're also super grateful that they chose to work with us for our TEDxCubbonPark event.
If you want your audience to have an amazing experience that seems like an offline event, Airmeet is what you want. It's as professional as it gets.

Cons

If you use the legacy system, not only are you wasting your time learning a system that will be eliminated, but your events will disappear after the change as they can't be transferred.
Poor communications with management, no intentions to resolve customer concerns or address complaints.
Limited capabilities in e-marketing (no A/B testing, no series/time-based emails, no way for subscribers to change frequency of emails - you're either subscribed or opted out).

Cons

Lack of support/communication from the vendor. They will not respond to questions.
There were occasional technical challenges in the social lounge, especially with audio dropping, that produced a negative experience for some users.
It doesnt work on mobile & other compatibility problems.

First Virtual Conference Event

Having done our multi-day event, the next event will be a snap!

Pros

The ease of setup and customization is definitely Airmeet's strong suit. The support assistance was very good since, as technical people, we had technical questions about video presentations, live speakers, and question and answer sessions for our conference.

Cons

The attendee roles as defined didn't quite fit our needs but it was minor - employees attending (not presenting) could be a separate role. Video load time for the presentations was an issue that their team resolved for us.

My very first event so far has been the get familiar event which Airmeet helps you set up. I think that's very helpful to have a test run before trying to set up a live event.

Pros

The networking feature and the stage are amazing!

Cons

It's not like anything we've used before so it will take some time to get used to all of the features. A manual or video library on individual features would be great.

Pros

I really liked the table aspect of of the platform, I felt this was unique and made the event seem a lot more like a normal in person event.

Cons

It was a bit difficult to figure out at first. The table feature, while cool, was hard to figure out because we didn't realize how the tables vs big group interactions worked. The platform also was incompatible with certain browsers, which didn't mean it didn't work at all, but did lead to some sound and video difficulties.

The table options are a game changer for virtual fairs. The table images also make it easy for students to use and understand.

Pros

The Table Set up! No other software has the capability to have tables that participants can go between on their own.

Cons

I wish there was a way to label the tables before the event is started.

Social Lounge feels like an in-person meeting during the event. Networking is easy for everyone on Airmeet. Raise Hand Feature is quite interesting too to engage audience with speakers.

The best platform to run professioal online events with special features like exhibitor booths

I have organized several virtual events on Airmeet and I have to say this platform is a gem. Most of the attendees love the interface, the chat system, the networking room. And for me it is very useful to have all the information from the attendees to follow up with a marketing plan.

Pros

-Support. They literally reply within seconds on the live chat widget from the website and if you need more advanced help they will invite you for a video call.-Ability for the booth owners to live stream independently.-Discussion tables. There you can share your video and audio with up to 16 people, you can use the tables for support, team building, etc.-Recording. I don't need to worry about anything, once the event starts everything is recorded.-Event records are accessible once the event has finished. Attendees can visit the event again and see the records of the event even is already finished.-They have something called Fluid Space, you better check that in their website, it is amazing.

Cons

Really wish the platform could bring most of the features to mobile for easy access if they also want to compete in the webinar world and no only professional events.

It was trully amazing to discovery Airmeet and setup all the event. The support was also amazing.

Pros

It's very simple to use and set up. One of the features that can be most overrated is the speakers' waiting room, it's very important to test and line up everything before go live, these feature prove to worth it.

Cons

Once created we can't delete an event. I've made two just for testing and it's annoying to see them in my backoffice. Just an OCD problem maybe.

It's good overall however I noticed that it used lot of ram and bandwith while running an event.

Pros

The backstage, live streaming to youtube and facebook, able to set up few speakers and sessions

Cons

Lack of features to update / edit / remove participants from registration list, presenter must use desktop / laptop, the attendance list / reports received manually via email. It would be mor beneficial to everyone if we can access the report via the app itself.

Pop Culture Meets Social Change Retreat on Airmeet

We run a 3- 4 day retreat ( event) annually because of pandemic and lockdown restrictions. We decided go run the entire event in the Digital space. We wanted people to feel connected and free to network . We chose event creation service, which meant Airmeet set up the back end of our event and it was worth every penny, the Airmeet team are absolutely amazing, efficient reliable and knowledgeable of the Airmeet platform including upcoming improvements . They helped us set up dry run/ rehearsal to ensure that the team and our speakers had confidence in the platform and also hosted a couple of sessions, they trained us how to use the platform. They were pleasant, supportive so much so that we have been flooded with enquiries about Airmeet from many of our event participants.

Pros

The lounge- participants loved the interactivity. Also speed networking. We had a 3 day event and many participants dipped in and out so keep them update on the previous day's activity we used the Arena feature to share the recordings. We liked the magic links and also multiple sessions feature in the conference setup.

Cons

The manual log in feels a little clumsy ( not the magic link log in). The Speed Networking feature could be bolder. the 2d reception doesn't feel intuitive - You could use explainer text around what people should do. Help the event organisers navigate their audience - there wasn't room to make bespoke messages.

Overall, my experience was great, my account manager helped me with our first huge event and it went really well!

Pros

The attendee engagement was great, and everyone said the platform was very easy to use.

Cons

Need to be able to pre-schedule announcements; we'd like to be able to send documents to attendees during live sessions; be able to sort people by name

We honestly loved our experience with Airmeet and we're also super grateful that they chose to work with us for our TEDxCubbonPark event. They were extremely attentive and willing to collaborate for a bigger initiative and we really appreciated this! Set up, demo calls, and during event support is also available.

Pros

I really liked the customer service firstly. Secondly, I was happy that we could upload pre-recorded videos to ensure seamless playback. I also really liked the roundtable feature and the potential of having attendees collaborate with one another. Customization on the backend (branding etc) is also a good to have

Cons

One feature that can be built to the existing amazing features would be ensuring that multiple hosts can have control incase of any connection crisis etc. Additionally, would be awesome if there is an option to not have visibility into attendees (privacy and so on)

virtual events that feel natural

Pros

Airmeet feels really natural to use to visitors because the software mimics real life events. There's a graphical representation of tables and meeting other participants in an event is as simple as sitting at the table. When the main stage becomes active people are brought to the event.

Cons

I would like to host events without people having to login to Airmeet. Also, the signup process for participants should be more smooth. I would like the software to be hosted on my own domain using CNAME support to have a better branding of the event that you host. Also, native monetization of events wasn't supported at the time I used it.

Amazing experience with our first virtual event!

It was amazing! We want to connect with people. Pre pandemic, we were doing this through physical events, meetups, and workshops. Post pandemic, this is all virtual, and there is where Airmeet fits in. The experience is very close to that of a physical event, plus you get an international audience which was not possible. I am curious to try how it is in a hybrid setup altough!

Pros

I really like the look and feel and the user experience of the platform! The UI/UX is neat and clean; navigating through the dashboard is quite simple, even for first-time users. The actual event experience is also quite rich. Infact even before the event you can go to the lounge area and see how it will look like on the day of the event. The experience on the day of the event is also quite nice! It is just like you are backstage then you go the frontstage then you go to the networking arena. It is quite close to in person experience. The audience engagement features help you connect with your audience to improve the effectiveness of the event. Streaming features are also very cool and easy to setup even for non tech people.

Cons

There is one feature of live streaming. In case you pause the event, the stream is disconnected and the video breaks into two parts. Instead, the streaming engine should stream some dummy stream showing some text like "we will be right back" and connect the new stream when live. Also, I am wondering why is there no direct stream option to LinkedIn? Other than this, the product is quite fantastic!
