Prior to Ricochet each vendor in the store had pages to which their inventory tags were stapled. Totals of all the tags at the end of the month were added by hand. Accuracy was always iffy and if we lost a tag that vendor wouldn't get credit for it. Now we are absolutely sure of the accuracy of vendor sales and payouts each month and vendors can see in real time as their items sell. It has been a win-win for everyone!

Thankful for this Software

It makes a HUGE difference to have my consignors have access to their accounts online so they can keep track of their items if they want to. I am more saving time and energy than I realized I would.

I’ve owned and operated my business for 23.5 years. I did everything by hand, the old fashioned way for 22 of those years. Wrote everything down and kept all my records on paper. Yes I know, I’m a little crazy for that. Spent hours everyday doing paperwork. Approx 18 months ago, I purchased this software and my entire life changed, for the BETTER!  My business has grown by leaps and bounds because all that time I used to spend doing paperwork is now used to further my business.

Overall a good experience. Customer service is prompt and helpful 9 times out of 10. It is only occasional that a problem cannot be fixed but just tolerated.

i chose ricochet consignment software initially for ease of use but also because there was always assistance if i had any problems or questions. i loved the program. now it has been updated and has more efficient ways to navigate the system. i love everything about it. being able to get into an account, view inventory, add or delete. it is all so easy. the only thing i do not like about the software is the time out is so short. we are a very new business and sometimes there is a longer delay between uses. it only has a 10 minute wait before it logs you out. otherwise it is awesome. also, nick and brady are always available. i call, text or email and get a response so quickly i am always surprised. they are readily available and help me with any and all questions i have. they always make me feel valued as a customer. i recommend the software to everyone who is in need of consignment software. the cost is very affordable and is the best i found during my research. once you decide to use it, be sure to contact them for advice on components to choose. it will save you time and money! good luck!

I am new to the business of owning a consignment shop. So the software was incredibly intimidating to me. Within days it became obvious to me that I was going to be able to learn the program with not a lot of difficultly . Here is my real reason for writing this summary. The owners Brady, Nick are just amazing. There were days where I phoned them three, four times a day. Never did they make me feel like I was a bother or incompetent . They walked me through the program over and over again until I was comfortable to move onto the next . The day I opened Brady helped me over the phone with several transactions. I have been open for two weeks now and doing well . It's all very exciting. I have yet to learn the next steps to running the business as far as writing checks etc. . Yet, I have no fear that Brady will be there for me again every step of the way. I looked into other programs and it was hard to know what would be right for me. Well I no longer wonder . I have talked to others with different software and I know without a doubt this was the best fit for me. Thanks Brady for all your patience and support . I could not be up and running so smoothly without you.

Probably the worst over customer experience I have had across any industry. And this is not after one bad experience, this is spanning 3+ years.

Insistence that the problem was Xero for over a week was frustrating until eventually a functioning link was established to the API (not a Xero problem). Then the problems really started.

I have tried since December to get this account paused and stop being charged. I've been promised every single week since the first charge that they would "pause," and refund the charges.

I was warned by others and because of the price-point of their system I did not listen. Please don't make the same mistakes I've made.

I made the decision to purchase this software because it looked user-friendly and the support team sounded great. It was also in top 10 for retail software in UK.

I've bought the integration with Shopify and this sync is not working either and they are blaming Shopify about this. No product or refund data to be synced during the day, nobody to reach for help.
