EROnline is a cloud-based event management solution that helps small to large firms schedule and manage conferences, meetings, tradeshows, and other events. The platform enables users to manage online/onsite registrations, seating, payments, membership validation, and attendance.
EROnline offers a range of features such as customizable online forms, multiple payment options, DIY scheduling tools, registrations, targeted emails, real-time reporting and badge printing. The platform includes banquet seating management functionality, which enables businesses to remove or add tables, track attendance and modify attendee details with real-time updates. Users have access to membership validation options, as well as an attendee database, registration prices, member IDs, company details, and event activity tracking technology.
Onsite registration in EROnline lets users process credit cards, 1D and 2D bar codes, and QR codes. Users can also print custom badges, and more. The solution supports multiple payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, CashNet, CyberSource, BluePay, Authorize.net, and iTransact.
