EventSoft software offers a resource management interface dedicated to event organization for companies focused on events, entertainment, or audio-visual. The comprehensive digital documentation of all providers helps streamline all aspects of event planning.

All information concerning staff members (e.g., entertainment workers, hostesses, security agents) is grouped together in an internal database. As well as driving licenses and identity cards, it is also possible to enter additional information about the availability of medical visits for each person. Vehicles, desired rooms, and required equipment are also recorded in the database. All necessary documents and information are also managed via the app, just as the staff records are.

A collaborative planning function for all authorized users shares the services or resources assigned, and it facilitates communication between all the stakeholders. Access to EventSoft data can also be assigned or controlled based on predefined access rights.

The software can also manage employee remuneration, including travel, meals, expense reports, etc. All URSSAF declarations, employment contracts, DPAEs, and DUEs are generated automatically.
