Administrators can configure two-factor authentication, manage data backups, and use built-in antivirus tools to provide a secure user experience.
FastDesk lets supervisors set up custom user permissions, restricting employees from logging in at predefined hours and revoking access to specific files, applications, databases, and IP addresses. The white-labelling functionality allows users to customize the platform and add images, colors, or logos according to business requirements. It also lets organizations maintain compliance with several regulatory guidelines, such as ISO, PCI, and Cyber Essentials.
The virtual desktop infrastructure enables employees to use external applications, including Microsoft Office, Sage, Power BI, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud. It also allows staff members to access multiple desktops from the platform and use the favorites option to pin and quickly access specific desktop environments.
