Inception CRM overview

What is Inception CRM?

Inception CRM is a customer relationship management solution that helps businesses manage cycle and activity planning, task management, call reporting, remote virtual engagements, approved media and closed-loop marketing, and wholesaler inventory management. It allows teams to manage customer data, pharmacy orders, sample & promo stock, expenses, contracts, sales data, forecasting, and reporting.

It offers a report module that gives users access to multiple dashboards in one location. Dashboards are interactive, allowing users to filter report content and drill down to details, and can also be linked, so users can drill through and explore related information sets.

The customer search module supports direct database queries (via search filters and keyword search) and allows users to view detailed information about each customer or account. Promotes team selling and assists new reps by sharing customer details among users, such as contact information, notes, profiles, previous engagements and contact history, orders, transactions, expenses, contracts, sales, and relationships.

Inception CRM also comes with a customer data management module that allows users to update customer records, add new customers, and maintain the overall validity of the customer database. Users can update customer data on the fly, with changes processed immediately, or after validation, according to your rules. An admin console for processing customer data change requests is provided as part of the solution package.

Inception CRM's time and activity management module, Planner, allows users to schedule activities and calls, launch virtual meetings, deliver remote presentations, manage cycle plans, and complete call reports. Companies can define as many activity types as needed for total time management, and set workflows and reporting requirements for each. Includes a monthly calendar view and filterable activity list, with badges that help users quickly identify the status of an activity and complete it. Supports pre-call planning by allowing users to view customer details directly inside the planner.

Call Reports is a feature within the Planner that allows users to report customer calls, visits, and other activities. Call Report questionnaires are highly-customisable and use skip logic to focus users’ attention on relevant information, which can be saved as customer profiles to identify new segments. Availability can be set by org unit and activity type as well as visit order, supporting structured sales campaigns.

The Cycle Plan module enables structured plans for remote and in-field sales campaigns. It transforms target lists into firm commitments based on customer visits and frequency goals. To make sure cycle plans are balanced, the system adjusts each user’s total call capacity according to their call rate objectives, frequency objectives, and available time.

The Orders module allows pharmacy sales reps to prepare custom pharmacy orders using defined templates. It enables users to select products, set discounts and free pieces within limits, and select preferred distributors. Companies can define workflows for each template and set conditions for each. When connected to wholesaler systems, it can read stock levels, split orders, and redirect orders to another distributor when the primary distributor is out of stock.

Inception CRM provides a warehouse module that enables the distribution, assignment and tracking of samples and promotional stock. Warehouse enforces compliance with regulatory disbursement limits, and supports compliance monitoring via out-of-the-box audit reports.

The Expenses module allows reps to record expenses as they go via configurable templates. Companies can define custom templates and expense types and link them to budgets and cost centers. Records can be sent directly to accounting systems for faster processing. Managers can track field sales spend via reports.

  • Equip reps with the tools they need to grow the share of your business, whether they’re detailing HCPs, selling to pharmacies, or working with KOLs and key accounts.

  • D3S has robust information security across its networks and sites. Our data center provider, Dial Telecom, provides installed IDS and IPS at the network level, along with firewalls between each of the network’s logical parts. DDoS protection is located on the provider backbone to mitigate any attacks as early as possible without affecting business operations. And our provider’s unified threat management (UTM) technology is continually supported by updates in order to be able to respond to the latest security threats.

  • System administration is managed via “AdminTool”, a smart client application used by admins to configure a wide range of system parameters. These include data loading and data management; user account set up, roles and permissions; customer data attributes and profiles; activity types and workflows; call report definitions and customer data capture; media file publishing and distribution; pharmacy order templates and workflows; product price lists; cost centers, expense templates and workflows; and many other settings.
