What is inReception?

inReception is a cloud-based property management software designed to help accommodation facilities including villas, hotels, and farmhouses, among others handle payments, bookings, reservations, prices, and more. Supervisors can streamline guests' check-in and out processes, add booking engines to websites or Facebook pages and track sales and occupancy on a centralized dashboard.

Administrators can access reports to gain insights into sales, finance, and other business activities and download them in the form of spreadsheets and PDFs. Using inReception, vacation rentals can manage guest profiles, send newsletters or campaigns to customers and create rate plans, packages, and offers according to requirements. Hotels can also handle reservations on a calendar and update prices or availability statuses across multiple sales channels in real-time.

Using inReception, accommodation facilities can adjust prices based on seasons and track payments or balances from within a unified platform.
