“This software is the main reason I am using TD. The ability for automation and for my clients to be able to follow the progress as I complete their returns is really important to me. I am still learning on building the pipelines and I am not sure it is as integrated as I would like. For instance, when I update my client status in PS, will it update the pipeline. That I do not know yet as I haven't started tax returns and I have only used this product for a week and am still in the set up phase.”
