They helped get through all of the transferring of clients, setting up the software, and the follow up to make sure it as running correctly.

The fact that it was clear on the registers if a student hadn't paid their fees.

The software is unreliable, and user interface is not super intuitive as many features and settings are hidden in odd places that don't make sense. If I wasn't forced to use this product as part of our franchise, I would have moved to a different platform a long time ago.

I used Pike13 for about a year and a half when I switched over from another software.

Pretty good - would probably have stayed with them if they hadn't increased charges.

The back end was quite complex to set up.

From a business standpoint, Pike13 affects our ability to conduct business efficiently.

So for us this means a potential loss in revenue as a result.
