This is an intuitive platform which easily understood from the getgo. Capturing pertinent deal info it serves as a guide for any size enterprise looking to streamline sales process.

Cons

It is a cloud based platform so youll need wifi access at a minimum if your on the go.

An Effective Alternative to CRM for Sales

I am able to quickly identify high value deals, publish a range of useful views according to my chosen criteria and get insight into who is actually interacting with my sent content (not limited to content sent on the platform if I may add).

Pros

Its easy to use, compatible with Linkedin, Prompts you to contact leads, Manages after sales support and is ultimately a great CRM alternative to others

Cons

At the moment, nothing - But If I had to pick it would be that I didn't get to get a tutorial as I failed to connect with the rep responsible, however, I don't think I need it.

Pretty Good CRM for the money with good customer support

I've used SalesForce, Hubspot, Insightly, and Zoho.

Pros

The customer support is good. I like the Deals section. I think it is excellent the way it organizes the sales pipeline.

Cons

The connection between company record, deals record, and individual record. Something seems awkward about it all. The information about the person's company and their names do not always seem linked among these three parts of the database.

Sales Tracking and SO Much More -- Perfect for Small Publishers

I reviewed oodles and oodles of cloud-based CRM tools (Insightly, Salesforce, Sugar, etc) looking for a features that would allow me to easily build a customer (and contact) management system that would allow our team to track data related to distribution of our publication, subscriptions and renewals, writer and photographer contacts and correspondence, plus advertising (and renewal) sales.

Is EVERYTHING a valid response?

Cons

I wish I'd found Pipeline from Day One of my magazine publishing business.
