TargetX overview
What is TargetX?
TargetX CRM is a suite of tools designed to help higher education institutions with their recruitment process whilst improving enrollment and driving admissions. Admissions and enrollment offices are able to leverage the TargetX custom email tools and text messaging to ensure that prospects receive personalized communications based on attributes such as intended major or demographic.
Using the TargetX mobile-first application, an application review tool with scoring and integrated student portal, users can streamline the admissions process. Once admitted, students are able to join Schools App - an interactive online community branded for each institution - to connect with other accepted students, find a roommate, set up appointments with an advisor, and more.
The TargetX application management tool facilitates online application review and scoring, and provides a dashboard with application status history and actionable checklist items. Custom reports can also be generated to provide insights into application prospects, and more.
