Excellent immediate setup, easy to use, affordable, fantastic customer service, responsive to our requests.
Sometimes, it may feel somehow restricted ( duplicate classes and data).
We have enjoyed using Dream class for the last 9 or so months and have moved into the platform with ease, thanks to the wonderful customer service we always receive.
There are some features missing due to it being a newer software, but just in the 2 weeks we've been using this they have already starting rolling out some of those features.
I searched for a system for months that was easy and affordable, signed up and tried it for free, received the demo and became a paying customer. So glad I did and would recommend it.
The only areas that appear difficult are the ones that we have not needed to use or have not yet used, such as the grading system for our students.
This is our first year to use DreamClass. Their customer service is great as they are quick to respond and try their best to fix or create a solution to any issue.
If I want to be very, very demanding, it could have some integration regarding expenses and some economic aspects.
They are personal, knowledgeable and helpful. I can't speak to the needs of a large organization, but for a small organization, DreamClass is the perfect solution.

They truly believe in helping us engage with our students in a meaningful way and are passionate about bettering their products to assist us.
During the implemention, it took a few weeks for us to really see automation start to work. The bot would often say "i'm not sure," which was annoying.
The quality, ease of use, features and functionality of the bot make it all highly effective.
However, as someone who has been with them since their older software, it is difficult to get caught up with the new features.
I like that we can personalize the chatbot to fit our mascot's personality. This really helps the students be able to connect and identify with our school and mascot.
It was a very difficult time, but I feel that Coop (our Chatbot) was able to be there for our students.
The ability to send surveys has been extremely helpful in making data-driven decisions, especially throughout the global pandemic. The system itself is easy to train end-users on.
Thus far we have had an overall wonderful experience.
The customer service is stellar and the actual AI conversations are highly atuned to higher education. Our students enjoy interacting with the chatbot - both for enrollment and retention purposes.
Working with Admithub has been much more like building a friendship than a client/vendor relationship.
The AdmitHub team is constantly looking for ways to improve the product, and they actively solicit user feedback to ensure updates and features are what the user community needs.
It handles the bulk of student questions and allows for a lot of customization. AdmitHub is easy to use, didn't require laborious set-up and constantly offers improvements and new features.
We get responses via AdmitHub campaigns quicker and with response rate compared to email or print. It's a vital part of our communication stream to students.

We are just getting started with DegreeSight, so I don't have anything yet that I'm unhappy with.
DegreeSight has created a quality product with great customer support. Satisfied with my experience.
It was overly complex in some situations and made things difficult to find or to figure out how to use.
The set up and implementation was very easy and the service from degree sight was amazing. It's easy to use and simple to set up.
Nothing overall has been negative. I appreciate all DegreeSight has done.
Overall I think it is a great tool and the more integrations they bring online the more useful it will continue to be.
So far there hasn't been anything that we don't like.
So far our experience has been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I like that students are able to directly enter their work and get answers immediately.

I recommend LS for any start up, mid size enterprise or a high scale enterprise, trust me on this looks like words of ease in praising the apps, But in fact it is a True Value Addition.
Some features are missing at the time of this review but not going to mention them as I know they are in the pipeline.
My sales and marketing team are quite excited by the effectiveness of the tool - and our witnessed business growth is a strong testimonial.
Integration with other MIS softwares is a bit of a pain. Emailer campaign setup could be a little easier.
Kudos to the LeadSquared team for developing an excellent software. I would strongly recommend LeadSquared to anybody that is looking for a great lead management tool with an excellent ROI.

The best thing about Destiny One is their extremely responsive support staff. I have only been using the product for a little over a year, but have had a great experience with their support staff.
We wish there was a way to delete files... in the rare instance the wrong file is uploaded, you're unable to delete (unless this has changed).
Easy set up and management of courses and certificates, notification automation, customization for approval workflows and permissions, reporting and robust dynamic help.
You have to buy the archive database. The lack of CRM has forced us to push json notifications to a CRM platform.
Destiny One had a significant impact on our department's efficiency and growth. The team that supported our project was outstanding.
Some modules are old and clunky, and almost useless (Marketing, for instance).
Strong links from all aspects of a clients' info in the staff view is really useful and the ability to keep annotated comments related to the client linked to the staff author is also useful.
Documentation (particularly training videos and documentation for brand new users) is lacking. API documentation is inconsistent and contains errors.

The features are good with the software and integration with our school was straight forward with the support of Destiny One's customer service.
Software is very cumbersome and very difficult and expensive to customize.
There's a robust support structure that provides very thorough documentation in the form of help files, ERD diagrams, and timely responses to requests/tickets.
Additional features cost more. Out of the box package was very limited and not customizable with out a fee.
SaaS, easy to use interface, sufficient functionality, test environments, great support.
The reporting tool is very limited in that ou cannot edit any reports.
It includes full functionalities for the entire student lifecycle. Updates are frequent and support is excellent.
Note: with Daily revenue reconciliations it would be nice to have the report display the fee and tax separately with a grand total for the transaction.

I like that I can text hundreds of students using my laptop rather than my phone. Students are more receptive to texts than to email so I love that I can use a more reliable form of communication.

What I like most about the software is the ability to add your appointments quickly to your google calendar. Its been very helpful with managing which appointments I have up for the week.
I am fuming when I block off appointments. People can still book in may have to book appointments in to stop this.
What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.
Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.
This is a super powerful platform to get up and running with and there are lots of awesome tutorials on YouTube for nearly any configuration you can imagine.
At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.
I love everything about the software so far. From setting up my schedule to having clients book themselves and using the zoom integration for creating automatic calls is awesome.
I don’t like that it is difficult to use with two different websites. I basically have to pay for two subscriptions because it can be difficult to plug in if it has to be used this way.
I liked that I can give special discounts and how user friendly it is to set up, even more non techies like myself. Love how easy it is to link to my website.
My overall experience has been great, I liked the idea of a free trial. I had tried the trial and like how simple the site made booking to my clients.
I am overall very pleased and love how I can update my availability so easily. The integration to all my calendars is so helpful.

We identified the issue and quickly had a response from customer support. Now, as a LARGE institution with more than 100,000 contacts in use the new pricing structure can be a bit of a burden.
Easy for users of all technology backgrounds to use, beautiful landing pages, great templates and music selection, overall great feedback from donors about the platform.
When dealing with limited resources at a smaller organization we usually have to cut something out in order to add something new.
They appear to allocate time, resources and dollars to improving their functionality which is always a great sign. Looking forward to helping with some beta testing too.
I haven't found anything that I dislike thus far. I've experienced a few technical glitches on the platform itself but nothing that a quick refresh wouldn't take care of.

What I love most about ThankView is that is gives us a personal way to reach out to donors, while allowing to integrate a video directly into the email, versus having to link to YouTube or a website.
The impact of the pieces on our donors by being able to personalize the videos and text is the best part. As a user, ThankView is so easy to use.
The ease of personalizing and sending videos to a large audience. The price point made even a small shop like mine get the most bang for our stewardship budget.

Some of the features are a bit confusing to get a handle on.
I love how easy it is to use and how helpful the staff is when I have have a question or need to find a solution.
Especially over facebook, instagram, and client advertisements. If I were able to pull the report that is shown on purple pass I would be able to upset the marketing packages you offer to our clients.

The experience is wonderful as we can easily track all the applications and with this admission process we are working more efficiently and effectively.
The warning messages when missed any mandatory fields were not very legible and had to look thru couple of times to understand the location exactly.

The platform is user friendly, and while we are using the basic version, it is currently meeting our needs. Responsive and helpful support team (which has been important while setting up).
Integration with few on-prem software is a challenge. Canteen and transportation modules are missing.
We can manage our business needs fluently. Customer care team are very nice ! they are good listener, they interact solve any issue if it was critical or help the customer.
Email mask is a little bit clunky. No option to attach documents and difficult to include photos in an email.
We also value the amazing and outstanding support we are getting from the support staff, their flexibility and willingness to adapt most of our requirements and need.
Obviously time consuming to populate initially at start of the new Classe365. There were a no of applications that were not available in the software.
We have been absolutely thrilled that we finally made the right decision to go with Classe. This is a revolutionary product suited for single or multi-campus education institutions.
Because of their complexity ( many functionalities) , at first, you may find yourself lost.
And what we Love at Global Technology School with the Team management of classe365 is the quality services. Good job if you continue like that, this company will grow very fast.

Fantastic, thorough, lighteningly fast repsonse rates and a good understaning of what our business needs are in this educational environment.
This went horribly wrong. I was not sure if it was a problem with the software or something I had done.
The benefits have been great, we invested at the same time as launching our bursary fund, so it's great to be working with super professional comms for this important group.
I use it very seldom , but find it frustrating to obtain the results I require.
Being completely new to working with databases and similarly-based communication systems the most important aspect for me has been the great help from the Support Teams.
Sometimes it's hard to spot if someone who joined is really part of the community or not.
I also like the fact that when you capture new members they update their contact details straight into the database. The software is very user friendly and is a pleasure to work with.
The team work hard to resolove any issues or queries.
I love the ease of customizing pages to look very polished and professional while utilizing the templates provided by Toucan Tech.
Data entry is straight forward. Emails can be designed by template or you can create your own and the fundraising function is superb.
Overall, ToucanTech is a brilliant product and their team is efficient and friendly.

There are so many GREAT features about Alma, to list just one is hard to do. I love the feed back that I receive from parents, teachers and administrators stating what they love about Alma.
Nothing stands out as a negative. I would be searching to find something that dissatisfied us.
It has a lot of great features that make it flexible for the needs of different schools. Most importantly, the customer service is fantastic.
There is no option to batch print report cards all in one job. There is no page break option, so RCs end up getting copied to the backs of one-another if they have an odd number of pages.
The customer support team always has a great attitude and truly feels like they love helping you.
I am not on the admin side but have heard a bit of frustration.
We have reduced our printing costs, improved communication with parents, and successfully submitted our PIMS state reports. Communication with Alma has been great.
The mobile app is very difficult to navigate. It is ok for checking a grade or assignment, but it is difficult to add or grade an assignment.
Alma is very easy to use, and the interface is great. Updating records is a breeze, which is helpful in a fast-paced school environment.

There is no option to batch print report cards all in one job. There is no page break option, so RCs end up getting copied to the backs of one-another if they have an odd number of pages.

Pros and Cons from Classter users

Engagement with the students becomes easy and effective. The best thing about Classter is that it is easily integrated with Microsoft Office 365 which is a big plus point.
Support to implement is very poor. They do not give all the necessary information.
You can have a fully functional software in a matter of weeks. Also, the support and friendliness of the implementation team was a great plus.
The only thing I found useless was the Mobil App. It just doesn't support the entire functionality of the platform.
Once one got into the functioning of the different implemented modules it is a great help in the administration and sharing of different information.
Sometimes it is difficult to implement new modules as there a quite a lot of settings to do and consider.
It competes head on with many the more prominent systems on the market (especially those for Higher education) but for a fraction of the price. Things to love about Classter.
We are not the "average" education site and the timetabling, classes system, just wouldn't work, even after a lot of tweaking. It is a shame as we really were keen on the product.
My overall experience has been great. I would definitely recommend this to my team.
An excellent integration tool to boost efficiency and ease of use.
I like that there are many features and an excellent support team.
Very adaptable to customer needs and requirement. All modules are very user friendly and ease to learn how to operate the systems after receiving the training.
The product has so many areas it can manage for an all-round solution for student management. The customer service has been excellent - quick response in answering our many questions.
Also the Classtter support is very helpful and resolve issues quickly.
Complete product solution including Administration Management, Parents, Teachers and Students Portal. Support has been improved dramatically during the last 2 years.
