Serenna is all-in-one practice management software built for physiotherapy clinics, from solo physiotherapists to teams of several therapists. It brings scheduling, clinical records, billing, payments and patient communication into one platform, so therapists spend their time treating patients instead of doing admin.

Scheduling: day, week and month views by therapist or by room, drag and drop with conflict detection, automatic pauses before and after each service, and automatic assignment of therapists and rooms. A public booking page with the clinic's name, colours and logo lets patients book online 24/7, and a waiting list fills cancelled slots.

Clinical records: each patient has a complete record with reason for visit, history, allergies, medication, physiotherapy diagnosis, goals and treatment plan, an anatomical body map to mark pain areas, pain scores per visit and session notes. Consent forms and data-protection signatures are signed digitally, also from the patient's phone.

Billing and payments: invoices, daily payments in one click (cash, card, Bizum, bank transfer or session packages), cash-register closing, session packages that are deducted automatically, and a monthly summary for your accountant.

WhatsApp: automatic reminders that patients confirm, change or cancel with one tap, plus the clinic's location and consent links. The team answers patients from a shared WhatsApp inbox, with automatic or human replies per conversation.
