The Software that Demands More Upgrades.

The reason for installing SugarCRM was to solve the needs and the complaints of the consumers. However, the software did not conduct its roles as intended.

Pros

Besides, SugarCRM facilitates the process of tracking the insights or complaints of the consumers.

Cons

One, it lacks proper reporting features, and this limits the hearing of the customers insights. Again, the software hardly integrates with other softwrae.
