It’s all good I like system
The software does everything im thinking for a pos... And the best technical Support
Still Developing and almost every week they make changes sometime good , sometime shit the system.
Hi Irene, Thank you for your review. We have a big upgrade these days and frequent update to support new features like Contact-less scan to order, Facebook/Google ordering enhancement. Normally, we have one update/month. But you can keep the old version by (sleep, not reboot) during standby. Any problem, let us know.

It is user friendly however it is not consistent so needs to ask support or help most of the time and even the features are also changed .The product or software should be customised according to the nature of business rather than providing all same service
As it has a big screen and the good thing is it comes on both side for customer as well as staff so both can see the bill even without printing
It is not consistent at all every time even though you updated your software and kept features that are needed for your business and the features are gone automatically in couple of weeks time and needs to ask for support again
Hi Segar, Thank you for your feedback. There is a big upgrade from V1.x to V2 and there are some change on UI and improvement of features to meet certification of EFTPOS payment. Now it's stable and hope you enjoy the product in such competitive features and price.
