BuildScan overview
What is BuildScan?
BuildScan is the simple tool every construction and property team needs to streamline the defect and task management process in projects.
Create Punch lists, Snagging reports & defect lists for your projects and assign them to the relevant subcontractors and team members.
They can then be managed user by user, plot by plot or locations by location.
You can add multiple photos and videos to defects, give them a priority, due date and even assign them to a build stage.
Users can access BuildScan via iOS, Android or using a browser. Multiple users can collaborate in the same Workspace - Project - Plot allowing for complete transparency and streamlined management.
Plot defects can be filtered and generated into PDF's. PDF's can be re-imported into the BuildScan system using the report code feature.
