Tidio has everything you expect from a live chat.
Nice looking live chat window templates. Integration of live chat with e-mail CRM.
A very limited free version, if you have any traffic and want to use chatbots - you need the paid version.

It enable Developers to easily integrate live chat into websites
There is so many Live chat systems out there, for me this is the best. Its so easy to setup and integrate into a website that was built in any platform. Really awesome stuff.
Well because i am using the free version, i can only have one operator. A second operator is paid but overall this is a good choice.

We have several websites that a single team of customer service agents run. Tidio makes that possible! We seldom miss any inquiries because of their awesome notification settings which are super simple to set up. With our business, it's also super important to be able to share files back and forth. Believe it or not, many chat softwares don't allow you to do that, but Tidio does. We have tried many softwares in the past but I have a hard time believing we will ever go with any of them again after finding Tidio.
Since we use the live chat on multiple websites, it would be nice to be able to put our unique branding on the live chat for each site that we use this service for.

I would use Tidio again if we needed live-chat software for a specific need.
Tidio was perfect for implementing a live chat for a huge conference we were attending, and that feature alone was what made collecting our leads and creating good relationships with potential customers instrumental in our growth at the time.
If you don't have at least a little bit of web development experience, creating certain things, like auto-responses, can be difficult. We also chose not to pay for any additional features outside of more "seats" for our sales reps, and that restricted us a bit.

Very satisfied. I've been using Live Chat for years and this fits my budget better.
Tidio gets the job done. The free version is all I needed and if that changes, the paid version will add the extra benefits.
No complaints; free version does everything I need.

I use Tidio on a small scale to respond to customer's questions through live chat
AI and chatbots are so easier to use to offer auto-responses to customers using intent data and the quick phrases make responding to questions more easier
Sometimes the notification would failt to pop up making me miss chats in real time

I use Tidio on client websites to provide an easy-to-use and powerful live chat experience.
Considering that Tidio offers a free plan, its features are unbeatable. It has a very modern and usable interface (both the backend and the chat widget) and it includes chatbots that are very easy to set up.
I have been using Tidio just short of a year and they have made some changes to their pricing structure, limiting the free plan quite a bit.

The nice user interface, the pleasing user experience, the beautiful and fairly easy to understand chat builder, the android and windows apps, light weight wordpress addon which doesn't affect site speed much

We found Tidio Chat after our current live chat software got buggy. Tidio chat was super easy to install with a Wordpress plugin, we were able to start taking chats right away. There is a lot of design functionality available, you can change it to match your brand, etc. The one thing we didn't like was that users had to enter their email address to chat with you. We found that deterred people from initiating a conversation. Eventually, we ended up going back to our original live chat software, but if we ever need to switch to another one, Tidio is top of our list.
VERY easy to set up. Start taking chats right away. Fully customizable. You can even set up a separate page on your website for your live chat to live.
Users have to enter email address to initiate chat.

This has been a great help to our website and given us a much easier and usable feature. Plus, it looks great on the website!
I love that the chats can come directly to my phone and I can answer them as easily as if I were texting. Seeing the reply of the person chatting before they send it is also helpful in preparing an answer. It has been very easy to use on my phone. If another counselor answers the chat before me, it keeps me from doubling up on the answer by saying "it is not assigned" to me.
It has frozen in the middle of usage before, which obviously makes a live chat interesting. It does have features that would be helpful such as choosing which hours the live-chat is available, etc., but those are not as intuitive and I have not been able to fully get those setup.

It's a positive one. It gives you an app to have more control and make sure you have happy users.
It's a really good product, easy to use with a very interesting path to becoming a unicorn. And thanks to machine learning you can talk to chatbot every time of the day and night.
The pricing is different for live chat and bot so any user should read the terms of use carefully no to be disappointed.

I know very little about programming and web design , I construct my sites with templates, I never thought that adding and setting up in minutes a live chat was so easy with Tidio. I tried to install and set up other live chat and I spent a whole day, the only thing I could get was a headache...
I didn't have any experience using live chats in my web sites. When I decided to use one, I made a small research and Tidio whas the 2nd. one I tried and I have to say that I don't need to search for an other option. I will upgrade once my free trial ends.
Can't find any cons yet... I would like to know if there are any so I could make around them before I get there. I am staying with Tidio.

I use the Tidio social medial integrations to respond to questions from clients online and the live chat to resolve their cases on time
Tidio has unique features like canned responses that help me respond to clients faster than normal, as well the live typing context also helps me realize the client's issue faster for quicker responses. Overall, Tidio has fair pricing compared to other live chat software tool
The mobile application does not sync up well with the desktop application and the mobile application, consumes a lot of phone battery much as you can optimize, it requires running in the background which drains a lot of battery

We're able to offer a live chat experience to our customers at an affordable price. Can definitely make up the cost of implementation quickly!
Easy to use, has a clean interface and has a surprising amount of features. Especially appreciate how in-depth their bot and automation can get without requiring heavy technical knowledge.
Not much to complain about considering the features you get for the price. I'd have to be nitpicking to really give you any cons. Something like, I can't find a way to delete contact properties, but I also haven't contacted support about it as it wasn't affecting our day to day operations.

Real time communication with this tool is super easy. I can observe users present on my website in real time - I see their location and what they browse. I can start conversation with them offering what they actually need. Bot for collecting leads are super powerful - easy to build conversation flow so the user thinks he talks with a real person :) - great for automation.

I love that Tidio chat was very easy to set up and navigate. It is not overwhelming and confusing like other live chat software. We currently have Tidio chat on our college website (WordPress) to provide our students online support and services during this Coronavirus pandemic.
Switching between projects on mobile is a little difficult, but I was told that this is something that will be addressed in the near future.

Tidio is a good software to use especially for this who want a simple software to communicate with clients from their website
It had live chat and with that you can access text or messages sent by visitors or clients who need help in our business
What I don't really like is the quality of the payment plan and what's involved in the package
