What is Echometer?
Echometer uses regular health check surveys to get insights from your teams. These surveys can be scoped to both team and workspace levels. The topics for the surveys are automatically rotate based on a customizable item rotation.
Health Check results are analyzed in team retrospectives. This bottom-up approach allows you to include the teams in the continuous improvement process, analyze patterns, and derive action items in a decentralized way.
The Health Dashboard makes developments within and across teams visible and measurable.
