What is FlockBase?
FlockBase is a cloud-based and on-premise solution designed to help small to midsize churches streamline processes related to accounting, payroll, memberships, communications, attendance tracking, and more. The online giving module allows donors to make contributions via credit/debit cards or eChecks, schedule recurring transactions, and allocate received donations to required activities.
FlockBase allows the church administration to track fund balances, manage payroll processes for staff members, and ensure compliance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations. It lets users pay vendors and employees by creating and printing checks, compare expenses against defined budgets, and gain visibility into income, expenses and balances. Plus, professionals can record member information, track participation, pledge campaigns and attendance, communicate with staff members and volunteers via emails or texts, and maintain logs of year-end contribution statements.
FlockBase allows church members to perform self check-ins through a volunteer portal or mobile phone number and print pickup labels based on individual requirements. It lets users organize multiple events such as Sunday school classes, worship services, and more.
