It is straight-forward for administrators to configure the system so that it mirrors your organizational structure of locations and processes. This makes it easier for users to navigate through the system, wherever they sit in the organization. User permissions and groups are controlled by your company’s system administrator.

The Library of Objectives, Risks, Controls and Tests provides centralized content that can be applied and re-used throughout the application. The ability to directly connect objectives to risks and controls helps companies to comply with ISO 31000.

API, Integrations and Single Sign On (SSO)

Ideagen Risk Management uses an Application Programming Interface (API) that allows it to integrate with other software solutions that your business uses. This allows for data to be viewed across applications for purposes such as reporting, logging new feedback items, or performance tracking. Your organization will also be able to give you access to your account via Single Sign On (SSO).

Ideagen Risk Management shares a platform with Ideagen Internal Audit. For companies that use both parts of the system, there is an automatic enterprise risk data feed and various automated features that make it easier for audit and risk to collaborate.

Configuring risk and control matrices

There are many ways for users to configure risk and controls matrices - no special training is needed. This gives you the flexibility to score and assess risk in the way that best fits your processes.

In addition to pre-configured matrices, a simple ‘wizard’ approach makes it easy to design a new matrix or update an existing matrix, using customizable fields.

Live data dashboards

Throughout Ideagen Risk Management, users can create many ways to visualize their data, making it easier to see problems and identify priorities at-a-glance.
