Does what I need, when I need it and it's easy for the remote operator to use and understand.
Ease of use and the features that I need for remote access.
Cost is always an issue. However, Iperius Remote is a very good value.

Everytime there is an update, we often lose access to the system. It shoudl update automatically.

Overall, it is very positive. Other than the occasional crashing, we have no complaints.
It's easy functionality and simple enrollment on PCs
The software occasionally crashes for certain PCs. The PC remotely connecting to the PC that needs support, so our PCs crash. The user is unaffected.

The price has been the main argument, but no installation is required either
File transfer and the address book, e.g. there is apparently no way to delete entries.
