It's easy functionality and simple enrollment on PCs

The software occasionally crashes for certain PCs. The PC remotely connecting to the PC that needs support, so our PCs crash. The user is unaffected.

Iperious Remote has offered efficient tools for setting up remote desktop for workforce team. It has secure database server that can serve users based on the organization demands. It enhances faster and convenient file transfer among team members.

The performance has not been affected by any external interruptions since we deployed it.

I've been using Iperius Remote for a while now and I gotta say, it's a pretty solid choice for remote access and support. It's got a ton of features that make it super handy for remote desktop, file transfer, and even remote printing and rebooting. The interface is easy to use and it's pretty reliable, which is a plus.

The only downside is the price, but if you're in need of a good remote access tool, I think it's worth it.

It is some what unstable, it is not always possible to see online clients from address book

The price has been the main argument, but no installation is required either

You can install it in background for unattended accesses and protect it by a custom password. It's absolutely easy-to-use, the connection is stable and has a good quality. There are also basic file transfer and chat functions, so it can be considered a pretty complete tool for remote desktop

This software works fine and fit perfectly my needs but need to improve some features for example reports

Que es muy versatil y el sistema de usuarios y grupos puedo limitar el acceso a según que nivel de usuario.

En MAC no acaba de funcionar muy bien, en MAC no tiene la opción de acceso desatendido como Windows, en APPLE no tiene control solo ver y lo más importante, en Windows al cambiar de resolución en el ordenador que hace la asistencia, en vez de escalar, se ve pixelado.

Las opciones que ofrece, aunque le faltan algunas, empieza a ser interesante

Ad oggi ha le funzionalità che ci servono maggiormente

Siamo partiti con la 3.6 ed era parecchio instabile....ora siamo alla 4.5 e direi che nel tempo è parecchio migliorata. Segnaliamo sempre possibili bugs al service Iperius.

Comodità di accesso e spese ragionevole per il servizio

Alcuni problemi di connessione in alcune occasione e impossibilità di trasferire i file con semplice "copia/incolla". Audio non condiviso

Semplicità d'uso, grafica essenziale, ottima velocità sono le caratteristiche principali di iperius remote. Anche la facilità con cui si riesce a far installare il prodotto in autonomia dall' utente finale è lodevol Molto comoda la gestione della rubrica

A volte capita che vada riavviato sul client. C'è una apposita funziona e il riavvio connette in automatico il client

Ciò che mi è piaciuto di più in Iperius Remote è stata la sua facilità d'uso e l'interfaccia intuitiva. L'installazione rapida e la connessione senza complicazioni mi hanno permesso di iniziare rapidamente a gestire e supportare i computer remoti. La qualità delle sessioni di controllo remoto è stata eccellente, con ritardi minimi e video nitidi.

Non ho riscontrato alcun inconveniente nell'utilizzo di Iperius Remote.

Iperius è un software molto leggero, di facilissima installazione e molto adatto all'assistenza tecnica con un corredo di piccole cose (dal trasferimento di files alla rubrica) che semplificano molto l'attività tecnica

La versione 4, la più recente è molto più lenta ad avviarsi delle versioni precedenti.
